This was everything that I wanted from the description, it uses the concept perfectly and thought that the fantasy element was wonderfully done. Cade Mengler does a great job in writing this and the characters were perfectly done.

The story starts right into action, as the protagonist & sells word is hunting trolls. He's a mercenary that does jobs similar to the Witcher. Hunting monsters that cause problems for folk. Quickly the story changes and relic of power that could change history is found and its up to a group of friends to help understand this evil.

Fast pacing, quality story idea.
