A good book to gain insights about perfectionism. Fair amount of tips to identify perfectionism and the challenges they can bring to relationships and organizations. Also yips on handling leaders who are perfectionists is useful to have.

I could actually identify a colleague as a potential perfectionist based on greg’s example of Kabir. Till now I thought that colleague was a psychopath but i am now rethinking.

FLAWED by Greg Chasson so resonated for me that it felt like he'd probed the companies and individuals that I worked for and with for decades, astounded by the price of perfectionism in stalling essential market pivots, derailing innovation, and silencing the stellar professionals hired specifically to get big things done on time and on budget. What is different about Chasson's book is that he provides the insights as well as the necessary practices and approaches to build teams and ensure that an organization thrives. I wish I'd had it when I was back in the trenches of corporations. I received a copy of this book and these thoughts are my own, unbiased opinions.
