I love the Bergman books. Chloe Liese writes her characters so beautifully and thoughtfully. Viggo gets his romance and we revisit the rest of the family and the A frame. A lovely end to a wonderful series. Highly recommend. They will be missed.

Oh Viggo Bergman. I’ve been waiting for your book what seems like an eternity, and boy did you not disappoint.

The Bergman series is responsible for my love of sports romance. I started reading this series out of order, but as soon as I finished Always Only You, I picked up the first book - Only When It’s Us - and started from there.

And now this this incredible series has come to an end with Only and Forever, and we finally get Viggo’s story.

Tallulah and Viggo's story is the perfect send off to this series. The biggest romantic of them all gets the loveliest romance. Tallulah and Viggo meet in college, and through family dynamics come into each others lives a few years down the line, but it is safe to say huge romantic Viggo has not forgotten his blue haired crush. The banter and chemistry these two have is so page turning I read this book in one setting, through tears and laughter.

Tallulah is a writer, who with one successful book under her belt, is suffering from quite dramatic writers block. Her editor wants her to work on the romance aspect of the story and she is hitting a wall. In comes Viggo, who is in the process of opening up a romance book store - an expert in all things romance... on page that is. In real life not so much. Through some typical Bergman family meddling the two end up helping each other out, including becoming roommates.

The thing that struck me personally with this book is just how relatable both these characters are. There were so many moments when it was like looking into my own brain, the second guessing, the, the anxiety, the overthinking. But these complexities feel so natural and part of the story.

I get this a lot with Chloe Liese’s books, which is one of the many reasons I love this author so much. It’s like a reassuring breath of fresh air that you are not the only person that goes through these things. It is clear that she has done her research or has real world experience of the topics she highlights in each of the Bergman books.

All in all, Viggo and Tallulah’s story is a sweet rollercoaster of a ride, full of laugh out loud moments, swooney moments, tears and sooo much found family love. I will miss this series so much, but it is always on my bookshelf ready for a re-read when I need some comfort.

Thank you for my eARC of this book. I’ve loved this series and really enjoyed the conclusion. There were times it felt a little drawn out but overall I loved this instalment of the Bergman Brothers. I can’t wait for Liese’s next book!

I can’t believe this is the end of the series.

What a journey I’ve been on with the Bergman brothers. I read the first book sometime last year and found it relatively enjoyable, and I liked it enough to want to continue the series. However, I didn’t immediately jump in to reading the rest until some random week last year where I binged them all and had a massive book hangover and a desperation for Viggo’s story as he consistent remained my favourite brother.

While this book is not my favourite, Viggo remains my fave and I did really enjoy this book. I loved getting to know more about Viggo after seeing him through the eyes of his siblings for so long. I loved the setting of the bookshop and I love the positivity this spread about and for romance readers.

I enjoyed the romance and thought Tallulah and Viggo had great chemistry, and I like how their relationship came to be and how they supported each other in their respective careers and helping each other though personal problems.

All in all I’m so sad this series is over but I think this was a great book to wrap the series up with.

This was a great ending to the Bergman sibling series. I love that we finally got Viggo's story, He has been a big part in so many of the other stories that I couldn't wait to read about his. Talulah and Viggo were such a cute and unlikely couple, I loved that it was a forced proximity storyline. Viggo is the sweetest character in this book, you really begin to see the real him. I feel like in all the other books he has played the outgoing, meddling character and in this one he opens up his heart and is the most gentle person. I liked that as always there was a disability representation of both Diabetes and ADHD, and as always this was done so very well throughout the book.

Talulah is a great female lead, she had a slightly spicy/grumpy side to her which I loved but then softened and complimented Viggo so well. The Bergman family make an appearance in this book and they come with drama and love and laughter. Im slightly sad the Bergman series is finished and over but this was a perfect end to the series. This was such a delicious slow burn of a romance. I really enjoyed the set up and how the chemistry between Viggo and Tallulah was palpable from the beginning.
I liked how they brought the best out of each other and how they gave the other space to grow and figure their stuff out.
The growth of Tallulah was so beautifully done and it was wonderful to see her open up and let herself love and be loved. Viggo was such a great counter to her.
I loved the dynamic of the Bergmans and how they rallied around to help both of them.
This was such a heartwarming story and a lovely end to this series

It feels bittersweet reviewing the final Bergman novel. After committing to the lives of these characters it’s strange knowing there won’t be another book. As anticipated, this book follows beloved Bergan, Viggo. A consistent side character throughout all the books, he finally gets his time to shine.
Viggo, a fanatic romance reader like most of us, remained quite mysterious in the previous books. He was always supportive of his siblings, and you can see this selflessness in Only and Forever.
Viggo has kept a secret from his large family which is his plan to open a bookshop featuring an abundance of romance books! Something he is well known for throughout the series.
Our heroine in this book, Tallulah is a thriller author and has a history with Viggo from their time in college. After a Bergman family friend, and Tallulah’s sister returns to the infamous A-Frame with her in tow the pair are reunited in a tense and steamy exchange. The pair settle on a deal: in exchange for advice and inspiration for her next novel, Tallulah will help out in Viggo’s bookstore and become roommates in the above apartment for a few months.
Viggo is an abundance of feelings and emotions while Tallulah has her guard up for anyone but her sister. The pair get to know one another on a deeper level and soon friendship develops into more, blurring the lines between roommates/colleagues/friends to lovers.
I was so happy to see Viggo’s happily ever after and six books of him aiding his siblings and navigating them through their issues. It was also great to see previous couples and seeing where their relationships are which many now include children, making the Bergman clan even bigger.
I’m excited to see what Chloe Liese will write next. If you’re desperate for a Lises fix, then books one and two in the Wilmot Sisters have already been released with the third in the pipeline currently.
Thank you for the eARC!

Thank you to Netgalley and the publisher for giving me this eARC to review.

This is the last book in the Bergman Brothers series and this has been a highly anticipated read for me as not only have I adored the books in this series that I have loved and given 5 stars and Chloe Liese is one of my top authors.

While I did only give this book a 3 star, this doesn't mean it was a bad book! I did enjoy this book as the writing was good, the characters were fun and the plot was interesting, especially with the main character being Viggo who has been a big mystery character for the entire series! The only fault I had was that I felt like the pacing was a little off. While I liked both Viggo and Tallulah, I couldn't help but compare them to other characters with in the series (Who also show up in the book) who I absoluteluy adore and found that the two were lacking in comparison but this is a personal preference and not all the characters within a book will be enjoyed the same amount.

I found that the mental and phsical health rep was great like usual with Chloe Liese so if you have health conditions or just want to read books with health representation then check out Chloe's books as she covers quite a few different conditions and it is great to see the representation and clear love and care Chloe has for the representation too.

The final Bergman! I was equal parts excited and sad to start this book. I have loved all the Bergman stories and can’t believe this is the end of the road.
I really enjoyed being back in the world of the Bergmans, with some of our favourite moments - A frame times and meetings. However I found this one a little slow. There didn’t seem to be much happening and I struggled to get into it. The book did pick up in the second half for me and overall I did enjoy it. Is it my favourite of the series? Sadly no. But I do think it rounded out the whole series well and the slow, calm romance was very well suited to Viggo!

This was my most anticipated book from the series and I have been waiting for 2 years for Viggo to get his day. I loved this story. The first 10% took me a little to get in to but this was everything I wanted. I loved the T1 rep and I loved how Líese turned the typical female romantic character arcs and put them on the hopeless romantic that was Viggo. He is the epitome of a cinnamon bun. His “secret” about himself was well played and makes total sense and I love how that was represented as so many books in this genre just present the males as this alpha type. I’m now desperate for a “where are they now” novel to see where all the Bergman’s end up. Bravo

Only and Forever is a fun romantic comedy that would make for a good holiday read. I's the final book in the Bergman Brothers series by Chloe Liese but I hadn't read any of the previous titles and I enjoyed it as a standalone.

You'll meet Viggo, a romantic at heart who is just opening his romance bookstore and holding out to meet his soul mate. Enter Tallulah, a thriller writer who doesn't believe in love. Their upbringings are polar opposites, Viggo from a large, caring family who wear their hearts on their sleeves, and Tallulah whose parents gave her a negative view on relationships and made her questions whether love was even possible.

The two decide to do a skills swap, Tallulah will help Viggo with his bookstore opening and Viggo will help her with her writer's block. But what will happen when the two friends do start to have feelings for one another?

I appreciated the author's inclusion of diabetes and ADHD as challenges that the main characters lived with, but for me the spice of the relationship unfortunately fell a little flat.

The last Bergman brother to find his happily ever after, Viggo, has always been chasing something. He's put his hand to hobby after hobby but never thrown himself all in until he decides to open his own bookshop. Viggo has always loved books, Romance novels in particular and after forcing them on his siblings during their love life problems, it's time to share it with the world.

But there's one thing missing from his life and that's love. He has been waiting for that instant spark of eyes meeting across a crowded room, or meeting someone and instantly knowing they're your missing puzzle piece. Viggo is so focused on this, he doesn't stop to realise that maybe it's always been there - it just takes living with Tallulah to realise that.

Tallulah is connected to the Bergman family through her sister Charlie, who is good friends with Viggo's sister Ziggy. But the first time they met was in their first year of university at their literature class. Tallulah was cold towards Viggo, but that just made him want to know him more because everyone loves him.

This book follows the same formula as the previous ones in the series but that's not necessarily a bad thing. It was nice to be amongst the family again as well as they all loved hard on one another as they always have. As with the previous books, the main characters have a diversity - Viggo has ADHD and anxiety, while Tallulah has type 1 diabetes and due to family trauma thinks herself incapable of love.

But they two of them work together and through healthy communication (something every lasting relationship needs), they're able to find their way through and realise that by working as a team they can make a relationship work.

Thanks to NetGalley and Random House UK, Cornerstone for the opportunity to read and review this ARC.

I was so excited to read Viggo's book but I also didn't want to as it meant it was the end of the Bergman Brothers series. I've absolutely loved this series and, thankfully, I loved this book too.

Viggo and Tallulah are such a good couple. They're both learning to deal with their own personal issues, and they support each other in doing so. You can really see how they love and care for each other.

I loved the bookstore setting! As an avid romance reader, I really liked the concept of Viggo's store and it sounds like somewhere I would love to be! Seeing Lula begin to appreciate Viggo's love of the genre and his passion for his store was also sweet.

I do wish Lula had had some more on page character development. We're repeatedly told about her toxic family and the issues this has caused her, however, all of this and her processing of it takes place off page so it's difficult to see how it truly affects her.

Overall, I have loved this series and it was great to see all of the Bergman family again. I'm going to miss reading about them!

I really enjoyed Ziggy's book so was looking forward to reading this. Unfortunately, I didn't feel the same connection in this one and just couldn't get invested in it.

I’m going to preface this by saying that I don’t know if I was in the right headspace for it because there were scenes I think I normally would have been losing my mind over that were good but I didn’t love? And I will be trying to reread and would expect the rating to potentially change.
I did really like the character growth from them both as they opened themselves up to the love and support from the other. I enjoyed getting to know Viggo more and Tallulah was a great love interest for him.
I loved getting the closure for the series as a whole, with plenty of Bergman moments throughout, truly sad to see the end of this series but I can’t wait to see what Chloe does next.

This is book 7 out of the series however this is the first one I have read, I definitely enjoyed it even tho I hadnt read the rest of them.

Viggo is romance book loving main character and I was certainly here for it. Viggo has ADHD whilst Tallulah has type one diabetes. The author manages to talk about how these conditions effect people lives in such a brilliant way.

Tallulah and Viggo are so good together, so thoughtful of each other needs, moments where he supports her when her sugars are too low or she reminds him he needs to eat when his medics supresses his hungry  Tallulah works hard on letting not only Viggo but her family in and you can really tell that Viggo really supports her to break down those barriers.

This book was cute and definitely enjoyable, I can't wait to go back to read more of the series

I requested this without realising it was part of a series, it ended up being fine to read as a standalone but I liked it enough that I want to go back and read the ones before it. The story was cute and the MCs were both interesting and funny. There was quite a lot of smut by the end of the book which can sometimes take away from the story for me but it wasn’t too bad in this case. I’d definitely recommend to people that are into rom coms with spice

Viggo is a romance lover through and through. Tallulah is a sceptic who writes thrillers for a living. They make a deal, she’ll be his roomie and help with the launch of his new bookstore, and he will help with the romance subplot of her new novel.

This book has themes of opening up and showing vulnerability, even if it hurts in the process.

A mmc who bakes, crochets, adopts animals left, right and centre. Who reads and loves romance? Wears T-shirts with romance puns on? Is opening a romance dedicated bookstore with a focus on books with HEAs?? Do I need to list more reasons for a book lover to love Viggo? He’s the man of our dreams!!

Tallulah is definitely the epitome of a black cat, guarded from family trauma, and not believing she wants the HEA. Until she meets Viggo again, 7 years after their brief semester together at college, and realises she wants more from life.

If you’ve read all of the Bergman Brothers books you will love the cameos of characters from previous books. They’re just one big chaotic family. But it can also be appreciated as a stand-alone.

Not sure I am ready to say goodbye to the Bergmann family series - but here we are. Only and Forever centres around Viggo Bergmann, hopeless romantic and bookstore owner and Tallulah Clarke, a writer in desperate need of an apartment. Cue the forced proximity!! As always. Chloe Liese writes with such heart and honesty, you are immediately swept away in her story. What a wonderful way to round out the series. Thank you so much for this Arc. Can't wait to see what Chloe writes next.

I didn’t realise this was the last book in a series when I requested it, and I’m not sure if maybe that’s why I didn’t vibe with it, or if it’s actually the book! Also my first Chloe Liese.

I just didn’t have a great time reading this. I was honestly quite bored throughout and kind of dreaded picking it up. It’s not that it’s a bad book, I think objectively it’s fine, but it just wasn’t working for me.

I really didn’t feel for the characters. I thought Talullah was annoying because she was so mean and for what reason?! And I found Viggo to be a walking cheese fest tbh. I HATED his nickname for her (Talullahloo, honestly ICK) and some of the dialogue was so cringe (ahem, “you’re such a drama llama” ICK)

But ultimately the main pitfall for me was that I couldn’t actually feel any chemistry between them. They talked a lot about how attracted they were to each other and all these feelings, but it wasn’t actually shown. So I didn’t really feel anything between them.

Not a bad book, but not for me unfortunately.
