This book is about a self-love journey. The author introduced us to the world of self-love through exercises, facts, days, information, and neatly segregated chapters. The main concepts covered are self-love impact, its real face, and how nowadays people are using it to crowd-pull methods by using it more loosely and oftenly in social media.
So recognizing the proper self-love path itself is the first work that has to be done. Through topics like healing journey, healing for self-growth, realizing mistakes for development, saving ourselves from blame games, rethinking some behaviors, grieving journey, relationship dynamics, safe space, finding the right person, and environment,.
I rate this book 5 out of 5. The author used practical methods to help us understand emotions. The topics are on point, which could connect to anyone who reads the book. It's like, yes, we feel, and I should try something to feel better, like the author mentioned in the opening of the book. I recommend this book for self-exploration, realization, and finding peace and capacity to love. So pick up the book and explore this journey.

This is such a beautiful book—I'm talking about the layout, fonts, and gentle imagery as well as the beautiful message that each paragraph conveys. I love how the author differentiates between easy self-love and tough self-love; I'd never made that distinction before and I've been on my own self-love journey for a few years now :) The writing style is friendly, compassionate, and easy to relate to. The many do-able activities and journaling questions sprinkled throughout the book are relevant, meaningful, and inspiring. I highly recommend this book for anyone interesting in personal growth and living more authentically.
