One story after another concerning people who have been killed or severely injured by gun violence. I would pick a different book to read.
Thank you to NetGalley for allowing me to read and review this book. Fraga lays out a detailed and informative history of mass shootings in America in the first half of the book, along with the different reactions they have caused. He highlights the evolution and compounding events at times that the shooters and victims have experienced. The second half of the book was a lot denser to get through as it focused more on the legal back ground of the right to bear arms and how ingrained it is in the US legal history and system. It was a very well researched book and definitely interesting to read along with the different perspectives offered.
