This has a lot of great tips to develop a new bedtime routine. We have already implemented some and they have helped. This is a book that can be used again and again. I will be passing this around my mom group once it comes out and sharing it with others.

This is a must-have resource! It is full of great strategies, advice, and easy to implement ideas. This is one I'll return to again and again. Many thanks to the author, publisher, and NetGalley for the advanced copy of the book.
