Bubbles the Dragon is a sweet story about a dragon who is slightly different than the rest and how other dragons come to accept him. The illustrations were gorgeous, and the moral of inclusivity is so important for children to learn at a young age.
Perfect for introducing the topic of bullying and the importance of including other children despite their differences. I think children will find Bubbles' unique trait to be funny.
I received an ARC from Troubador via NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.

This book showcased a sweet story about a dragon with different traits than the rest. This was a beautiful representation of inclusion despite differences (with a funny aspect as well!)

This book has GORGEOUS illustrations and fun word usage.
Pros:
- Amazing, eye-catching illustrations
- Story line that children can see themselves in.
- Helps children understand the importance of acceptance and inclusion
- Has a character (dragon) that children will like and a problem they may find funny and parents can draw similarities to.
Suggestions for improvement:
- It would be nice to have a discussion guide at the end for parents. Something that might have questions parents can ask their kids following the book. Such as "Why are people mean when they see something different?" "How can you help others who are being bullied?"
