This is strictly a review that applies to me and might not be representative of the viewpoint of others - I prefer longer books. Books that allow you to get to know the characters, to feel as if they are your friends (or nemesis'). That is the problem with Chris Brosnahan's POV. Published after winning a contest that set a limit on the amount of creative time, the book is good. Actually, considering the fact that it took only 30 hours to create the story, it is better than "good". However, this feels like a book that could have been a full length novel and I (personally) feel like the book struggles because of it. Want a good short read? This may be the perfect book for you. However, if you want more fully fleshed out characters - put this on on the back burner.
