This book was more of a memoir than a book on achievement... I didn't mind the story, but I think it missed the mark.

“Modern Achievement is an important modern-day manual that redefines the journey of persistence, hard work, and success for today’s fast-paced world. I would recommend this book to anyone about to embark on the journey.”—Mr Eazi, African pop star and pioneer of Banku music

DNF. This book may be great for neurotypical people in general and any neurotype of men specifically. I'm so tired of all the business/leadership/entrepreneurship books being authored by men and reeking of men writing them. I tried looking beyond the Mel Robbins quote so early in the book, but I cannot keep on.
It feels narcissistic AF and passes off commonplace things as if they're genius tips/ideas/epiphanies.

Nothing really new here, but good content nonetheless. It felt a little academic at times and I had to really work hard to stay engaged. This book is good for a younger audience that is just getting started in the leadership/personal growth realm.

I loved this book! It was just what I wanted in a nonfiction book! The book was very well researched and I learned a lot from it!
