What a great tool for anyone getting started on NetGalley or even just to brush up on some skills or features you may not have known about! I have been on NetGalley for some months now and learned a few things myself. I also really liked the clickable links inside the PDF, that made it really easy to navigate.

I've been a huge fan of NetGalley for years! It's an incredible platform for book lovers, but I always find that a little refresher course can bring new insights and tips to enhance my experience.

NetGalley’s Book Advocate Toolkit is a helpful, introductory, guide for aspiring ARC reviewers!

I appreciate the differing text boxes and designs on each page! It helped me to stay focused and digest the information that was being given to me. It wasn’t overwhelming and reads more so like a compilation of informative flyers than a textbook-like guide.

I’m going to change the way that I approach writing reviews after reading this.

I recommend this resource to anyone that reviews books online! :)

Thank you to We Are Bookish for another amazing guide. I've been a member of NetGalley for awhile and my reading habits have slowed over the years but I've ramped them up. This guide is perfect for new users to the platform as well as people like myself, who are rediscovering reading and want to make sure they are taking advantage of the platform the best they can and providing the best feedback to authors and publishers. I'm already getting so many more approvals and discovering so many new books and authors!

Through concise and thoroughly organized pages, this toolkit helps explain the basic functions of the website. I found it extremely helpful in understanding how everything worked. Not only that, but it also provides a starting point for both how a profile should look and the ways a review should be written. I found the review writing portion to be the most useful as I had always struggled with creating an effective review before chancing upon this.

I believe that anyone just starting out would benefit greatly from looking over this toolkit. I also think that those who have been using NetGalley for longer should take a look as well! It could help provide information on an area someone may be struggling with, regardless of their time on the website.

This toolkit was extremely helpful! As an avid reader I sometimes struggle to put into words what I'm feeling after finishing a book. This toolkit has a great section on reviewing, how to build a reviewer profile, and tips. I really appreciate the time and effort that was put in so that other new or struggling reviewers can better understand how to navigate anf review on Netgalley.
