I found the section on the NetGalley Shelf app particularly useful, and the review tips helped me refine how I approach feedback. The guide also clarified things I hadn’t fully understood before—like the meaning behind the orange or green pencil next to some reviews.

One of the most valuable insights was learning more about what publishers look for when granting access to ARCs. The DNF chart is useful in deciding when to use the "will not give feedback" option.

Definitely an amazing and useful tool, and I stumbled across it at the perfect time - just as I was trying to do research on a proper way of writing reviews.
