As someone trying to get established in the Bookstagram world, I appreciated how easy, yet comprehensive the Advocate Toolkit was for me. It is a perfect reference guide for helping empower book advocates to use their voice, especially in an ear of book censorship and banning. Very glad I printed this out, so I can have it as a reference for when I get lost or overwhelmed.

This little guide was incredibly helpful! It introduces you to the site and shows you what you’ll find in each section. It also offers tips on writing reviews, getting approved for books, as well as a tips & tricks page for nifty tidbits such as turning on dark mode, or adding a favorite publisher. I feel so much more comfortable navigating the site and knowing what to include in my profile to help me stand out to publishers. A must read!

This is a helpful tool to the ends and outs of requesting, reading and reviewing NetGalley ARCs. I like to have it available to review every now and then since it has “how to” instructions and tips.

A well organized and informational toolkit for new members and even for returning members who want a refresher. It contains useful information for all steps and allows you to still develop your own review voice. It is definitely not one to skip on when beginning your journey!

This guide was very thorough about how to start with Net Gally. I only wrote reviews on my book Instagram until I found out about Net Gally, and it’s shown me how to write better reviews and how to navigate their app. It was visually easy to understand and in simple language so nothing was confusing. It gave great examples and I would recommend it to anyone, whether you’re new to Net Gally or have been using it for a while.

This book is extremely helpful to those beginning their journey in reading advanced copies. Being new to this, I appreciate NetGalley giving each of us tips on how to present our reviews and to set up our social media pages etc. This is a must read!
