NetGalley's guide sufficiently covered each area I felt was able to get me started - immediately after finishing browsing through, I made several updates to my profile; having a much better idea of what it should look like there. My only real note would be that the guiding screenshots appear to be of a previous edition of the site. Or, in some other way, do not match how my screen looks when visiting. It's not a huge effect: the information and proper menu titles are all still present; it was simply notably distracting.

This is an extremely helpful guide that has everything you need to know on how to navigate the site, the process of getting Arc's and how to tailor your profile to attract publishing companies. Highly recommended for all those new to Netgalley.

This was great! It is easy to read, and since I am very visual, I appreciated having photos to guide me better. I learned a few things that I was not aware of. For example, I have only DNFed a couple of books, but now I know better how to handle that. Definitely worth the read!

This Book Advocate Toolkit ended up being a really wonderful wealth of information.

Some of my favourite sections included the links to dealing with readers guilt as well as the comprehensive section on how to actually write a good review.

Some of my favourite tips included trying to avoid the requesting spree (I've been guilty of this and I'm still trying to dig my way out of my terrible reviewing ratio because of it) and the flow chart on DNFing.

Overall, I really loved this and hope to see more of this (particularly the social media section that was labelled as coming soon!)
