His Heart belongs to Harlow
Andy and Harlow had one of the funniest meet cutes. I quickly became a big fan of Andy having his heart pull to Harlow and their instant chemistry. I thoroughly enjoyed their time together in the Big Apple.
Harlow is an independent successful woman that stood out from the stereotypical WAG and really rounded out this sports romance into such an enjoyable read.
The sass and banter was so entertaining showing off each of their personalities.
I cannot wait to read the next installment of this series: Biggest Player releasing July 29.
I received a free copy of this book from Sara Ney and Montlake. I am voluntarily leaving a review. All opinions are my own.

SUPER SWEET AND HILARIOUS!
Author Sara Ney sizzles with this hilarious, quick-witted, oh so sexy story about a small town girl and a cocky but sweet golden retriever football star who became more than just a one and done incredible hook-up.

Harlow James and Landon Burke story
author new to me Sara Ney sizzles with this quick-witted, sexy romp about an quick witted sassy entrepreneur and a cocky football star who couldn’t be more different—or more into each other than either realizes!
Getting together after their hilarious never eat chicken from food cart vendor mishap..
Harlow and Landon spent their remaining time together and thought that was it .
But unfortunately or maybe fortunately Landon Burke had other idea because he just couldn’t get over being with the sexily funny and cute Harlow James..
Now Harlow on the other hand thought her hook up with Andy (as she knows him as .. the guy with no job) was a one time thing.
So she went back home to continue work on her dating app.. but unlike Landon she didn’t envision seeing him against.
So imagine the shock when this guy turns out to be way more than she expected!
This story was filled with fun and so much banter.. the Characters completely sizzled!
I absolutely adored the FMC scene with her friends but mostly Dad and the Dog..
but gotta say the MMC interaction with the dad the dog and his best friend had me in stitches too!
I’m looking forward to the next story with excitement!

Wow! I absolutely loved this book. Amazing characters and wonderful plot. Very beautifully written and easy to read.
I read this book in one sitting and I loved every second of it. The chemistry and passion between Harlow James and Landon Burke was undeniable and sizzling. They were made for each other.
Overall I loved this book very much. If you’re looking for an opposites attract, small town girl, sports romance then you’re going to love it.

This was just the book I needed. I have been reading so many emotional books lately that I needed this funny, spicy, meet-cutish rom com to get me back on track. Sara Ney just has a way to make me laugh but also give ya the perfect level of spice. I found myself laughing and just looking to see what is going to happen next. I can't wait for the next one!

Not Your Biggest Fan is a hilarious sports romance I’ve read in a long time. Harlow and Andy’s story is sorta secret identity romance where he falls first. I love their humor and their chemistry is off the hook. I love how they met and how much he changed just to get to know her. Plus, her cluelessness is refreshing. I enjoyed their story and can’t wait to read the next one.
I voluntarily leave an honest review of this advanced readers copy.

Not Your Biggest Fan is book one in the Not Yours Series by Sara Ney.
I can’t wait to get book two Biggest Player!
This book simply put was just a lot of fun!
The characters were so much fun, and their chemistry was adorable.
I thought the writing was quick, fun and engaging.
Overall, I very much enjoyed reading this new title.

This was a fun read!
Harlow and Andy's story starts with a unique meet cute (cute is in the eye of the reader in this case) and includes a lot of banter and quick wit in this story.
If you're a fan of Sara Ney's previous books, I really think you'll enjoy this one too!
I'm looking forward to what the next book in this series has in store.

* 3.25 stars *
I think this might have the best beginning to a book. I couldn’t not stop laughing after the street food scene. Some of the moments between Andy and Harlow were cringeworthy and had me rolling my eyes, but I definitely laughed plenty and had fun.

I loved the fun meet cute and all the rom com vibes. Andy and Harlow had great chemistry and couldn't have guessed that their little bet would've turned into so much more. I'm a fan of insta love and when the guy falls first, even better. Harlow was a feisty gal, and the way she liked to banter back and forth with Andy was refreshing and enjoyable.
Another fun read form Sara Ney!

This book was such a fun read! It was lighthearted and witty with relatable characters…. And who doesn’t love an Average Jane unknowingly falling for the pro athlete?
The meet-cute between Andy and Harlow had me howling out loud with laughter.
After their hot weekend tryst in NYC, Harlow never expects to see or hear from Andy again. I enjoyed getting to know them as they got to know each other over text messages. And then when Andy decides to go all-out and make a grand gesture, sassy Harlow is rendered speechless.
Was it wrong that he hides his celebrity status from her? Maybe. But I can appreciate how Andy enjoyed just being “Andy” and not football star Landon when he was with Harlow, because she didn’t know who he was and didn’t treat him like he was a superstar. I was really glad to see that he doesn’t let his lie of omission go on for too long… but how it all comes out was hilariously awkward!
This was a great start to a new series and I highly recommend this book if you are looking for a fun, flirty, no-drama romcom!
Thank you to NetGalley and Montlake for the advanced copy!

Rating ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This was a cute romance. After a little bit of food poisoning and a hidden identity, can Andy and Harlow make a relationship work?
Even though they weren’t the main part of the story I think Big Steve and Kevin stole the show.
This book tells you why not to eat chicken from a street vendor, a professional athlete and a woman who created a dating app yet isn’t on any. Plus her nosey meddling dad and adorable Corgi Kevin!

I have always loved Sara Ney's books, they are hilarious, there were so many one-liners and scenes that made me laugh out loud literally, I even sent one to a friend because it made me laugh so much! Andy and Harlow's meet cute will be one of my favorite meet cutes for a while, because I do not think I'll ever forget them meeting over undercooked chicken in Central Park. They become instant friends, it is so clear that they are compatible in terms of personality, and honestly Andy is just down bad for Harlow just solely due to her sparking wit and personality.
Harlow has absolutely no clue that Andy is a professional football player and the moment she finds out is hilarious between her dad's reaction, her friend's group chat, her bathroom trips to hide, and overall how Andy handles it all with grace and hope that Harlow will be able to handle the spotlight of his life.
This book was just what I needed today, filled with so much fun, hilarious banter, but also sweet moments. After Dex's reaction to Applebee's and his chapter, I CANNOT wait for his book!

3 Stars.
Three stars is generous, I believe. If I hadn't saw the author had an extensive backlist, I would have thought this was her first book. It read like a FanFiction, but not in a complimentary way. It reminded me of a sixteen year old that had just discovered AO3 and immediately started writing.
There was no character development. There was no love declaration, but I wouldn't expect one in 2 weeks. Yaaay! The book worked out, but it felt disingenuous. The entire book centered on two whole days. The second day, the FMC was going to cook dinner and had no propane. Then events occurred, her dad cooked lunch? Then they went to dinner? What??? A whole timeline gap.
The banter was not bantering, it was awkward. I get the MMC is awkward, but this was beyond.
Discrepancies were all throughout the book. Random injections of information that didn't need to be there. There was no showing it was all telling. The weird texts, the weird friend calls. It was all odd. Even the epilogue, wasn't even based on the couple in the book. A well written epilogue would have featured the main couple and properly set up the next book. Per the Oxford Dictionary, Epilogue is defined as: a section or speech at the end of a book or play that serves as a comment on or a conclusion to what has happened. That wasn't a conclusion.

My first introduction to Sara Ney was the How to Date a Douchebag series. And I feel like its been a long time since I’ve read a football romance. So a combination of her wit and sports romance was a refreshing. Harlow and Landon’s meet cute is one of the most diabolical I’ve ever read. First she admonishes him for his choice of street vendor food and then they run into each other again when he is in….gastrointestinal distress. LOL OMG the amount of times I was giggling while reading; I lost count.
As Landon, a pro-footballer out as a free agent for contract, is shocked at the fact that Harlow has literally NO CLUE who he is. He’s just another dude to her. She’s unapologetically herself and it felt like Landon could relax around her. When they go their separate ways, the long-distance texting allowed them to break down further barriers before Landon eventually gives in and shows up at her door.
A pretty straight-forward romance, there isn’t some drastic breakup or conniving ex or something dramatic that comes into play. This is an easy sports romance read with a splash of spice and silly. I feel this series could be a nice “feel-good” series for classic new romance readers.

This is my first book of Sara’s to read but it won’t be my last. OMG I laughed so much. The characters, not just Harlow and Andy, but all the characters were so much fun. And the banter between Harlow and Andy was a hoot.
Being from the Green Bay Area love how she talked about it. And yes even though it is a large city for this area of WI it is the smallest of the NFL cities and is considered small Midwest town by some folks.
But back to the book. Just have fun with this read and yup it’s got plenty of ❤️🔥 too. Enjoy

First in a new series from an established author who I have not read before. In a funny meet-cute Harlow James meets Andy in a food truck line at a park. The pair happen to be staying at the same hotel. The pair end up spending a day sightseeing in the Big Apple and share a hot night. They have sparkling banter but the biggest draw for Andy is that she doesn’t recognize him. He is a football star complete with three Super Bowl rings. He is in commercials and on the covers of magazines.
When he can’t get her out of his head he decides to visit her in her hometown of Green Bay, Wisconsin. First, yay for not having a cartoon cover. Things I liked include he’s smitten first, her busybody father, the texts between the pair. I was less fond of how rushed everything feels. The whole book takes place in less than a week and with a quick time jump for an epilogue. And while I liked the banter I didn’t love the dialogue or inner thoughts. It made me cringe. Andy also comes off arrogant when he doesn’t see a downside for her for dating him.
This is a fun book and at less than 300 pages it can be read quickly. But it didn’t make me want to seek out other books the author has written. The story is complete but it does set up the person to be the lead in the next book in the Not Yours series.

2⭐️ Thank you to NetGalley and Montlake for an advanced copy of Not Your Biggest Fan.
Harlow is trying to get her dating app off the ground and while in New York she meets a guy named Andy. After an awkward first meeting they spend the day together and she thinks she will never see him again. He actually reaches out and they text and talk until one day he shows up at her house. But he has been keeping his identity a secret from her.
This is your run of the mill sports romance books. I will say that this one moved very fast for me. The relationship went from meeting to serious relationship in a couple of chapters.

Thank you Netgalley for giving me the opportunity to read and review this book. These opinions are completely my own.
DNF the first few chapters were fun and appealing, but once they started to get to know each other the writing came off a little too YA for me.

This was really such a cute, quick read. This was my first Sara Ney and I love finding new to me authors.
Andy I think is the reason this wasn't a 5-star book for me. He's adorable enough, he's sweet enough, he's just kind of...enough, but at the same time, he is a little OTT for me. He's choosing between NY and some other city for his next team since he's a free agent and then after 1 chance encounter and 1 fun/sexy day with a random woman he's now thinking about changing everything and playing for her team on the off-chance that she wants more from him? I know they kinda talked about it, but it was always hypothetical because he never told her who he was so she was making decisions about what she's willing/not willing to do based on skewed information.
Him trying hard not to lie to her without blowing his cover was fun. "No, I can absolutely promise that I do not spend every weekend at home watching football." I did chuckle a lot. Their food truck meet cute was hilarious and had me cackling at times.
I spent most of the book wanting to hug Harlow and tell her everything will be okay. She's so quirky and adorable and her dad honestly reminded me a little bit of my mom so I related to her. Also, once she finds out who Andy really is, the emotions she goes through and the conversation they have about what a relationship with them would look like, seemed most true to life than other sports romances (not that there is a true to life example I'm familiar with lol).
All in all I loved the book, but was hoping for something a little more. Thank you, Sara Ney and The Author Agency for the ARC.

What a fun novel to read! I have read other novels by this author and really enjoyed them. This novel did not disappoint. I was so excited to jump into this novel and was not disappointed. From the first chapter this novel pulled me into the novel and captured my attention until the very last page. Once I started reading l didn't want to put this novel down. I needed to know what was coming next. Loved it! It was so much fun to read. I love when a novel can make me laugh out loud. I loved Andy and Harlow's story. I loved their chemistry. I loved watching them find each other and fall in love. I can hardly wait to see what this author has coming next.
