4.5⭐️ so grateful to have received an arc ! I enjoyed Drive me Crazy and this was such a fun read!

I loved how Theo was always smitten with Josie, and he would flirt with her and she would just joke about it.. and then boom ! ONS ! 🥵 That was so u expected.

I loved Josie's growth throughout the book, and how explored her birth home (as she was adopted), and how she came into her own career wise. She knew what she wanted and she went for it.

I felt bad for Theo at times, it seemed like his whole world was crumbling around him,and Josie was his constant. Whether they were best friends or not. At times, his behaviour could be considered childish. But you see his chatsycer develop as well.

I enjoyed the pace of this as well, as there was a it of a slow burn to this, but how they fell for each other was chef's kiss.

the epilogue was the cutest thing !

3.75 stars, arc review. I really enjoyed this one especially the friends to lovers aspect and f1 ofc. It was nice to see both Josie and Theo develop as characters separately and together. Josie’s mum was hilarious as well and I also loved seeing Ella and Blake. Excited for any other books in the series.

Carly Robyn did not disappoint me with this book I was able to dive in straight away and getting lost in their world
This book was just super cute and I was kicking my legs like a teenage girl oo it was such and enjoyable read and it warmed my heart perfect for cosy nights and if your missing the f1 season like me than this was definitely perfect for that

I am a sucker for a F1 romance and this was so exception. I loved the best friend to lovers it’s slowly becoming one of my favourite tropes. There was the perfect level of spice for me. Plus as much as it was a slow burn it wasn’t too slow. The spice came in at the perfect moment. I feel like the pace for this book was really good nothing felt rushed or too slow. Also the way the third act breakup was handled I really liked as much as I normally hate third act breakups this one was needed and done at the perfect time.

I have ready many F1 romance books before as I am an avid Formula 1 fan, however, this book is up there on my list of recommendations for F1 romance books! The two characters, Theo and Josie, delve into a friend’s to lovers romance with them both having a rather positive and uplifting character, with lots of spice and humour, making it a really easy, fun read!

I’d like to highlight that this book is a part of a series (Drive Me) however, I read this as a standalone and found no trouble with it at all. I will be giving the first book a read after finishing this one!

This book is perfect for romance fans, and it’s even better for Formula 1 fans 🏎️🏁❤️

I loved this book! This was the first F1 book I’ve read and I’ve really enjoyed it! There was great banter between Josie and Theo and there was some really great chemistry with them too. I really liked Josie’s music aspect as it was really unique and interesting and I liked how caring and compassionate she was too. With Theo I loved the ‘angel’ nickname and some of his lines were so good they had me giggling and kicking my feet.
The reason why it’s not 5 stars is just that it was a bit predictable and there wasn’t that much depth in the storyline. Some people like this, however in my opinion it let the book down ever so slightly. I 100% recommend this book.

This was my first f1 read, and I loved it, It was spicy, heartwarming and funny. I loved the two main characters Theo and Josie and watching there friendship grow in to a relationship, I also really enjoyed the f1 story line and the politics within that. Huge 4 stars for me 🌟🌟🌟🌟

I'm a sucker for an F1 romance and this one did not disappoint. I really enjoyed Carly Robyn's style of writing. It was a lovely easy romance to read i found it a nice way to spend the afternoon binging this book it was brilliant. I would definitely recommend this book to anybody that is also a romance lover.

♥︎ — i was so excited to receive this arc and found it so easy to sink into and it was enjoyable. i loved the golden retriever personality, as someone who usually likes a bit of grump this was such a sweet read 🤭

♥︎ — I would’ve enjoyed a bit more tension before the friends became lovers , but that’s just on me tbh as i love tension and the trope usually isn’t for me. i felt the relationship was more of an insta love than slow burn but it’s not a bad thing.

♥︎ — i literally screamed at the fact they made eachother playlists because how cute is that. I also found myself giggling at aspects of this book. this was such a fun romance novel to read and i enjoyed it so much!

Having never read an F1 themed novel before, I absolutely devoured this book. I loved the FMC and MMC and their journey warms my heart. Robyn masterfully balances humor, heart, and heat, creating a spicy romantic comedy that keeps readers engaged from start to finish. The chemistry between Josie and Theo is wonderful to read, and their journey from friends to potential lovers is filled with witty banter and emotional depth.

I cannot wait to read the next instalment!

I found this book very easy to read and enjoyable. I love that the FMC and MMC both had sunshine personalities rather than having a grumpy character, it was refreshing to read a book where both characters had a golden retriever personality.

I personally really enjoyed the F1 language, Carly Robyn clearly knows a lot about the sport or has done in depth research which was great compared to other sports romances ive read where the sport wasn’t explored as much as in this novel.

I would have enjoyed a little more tension before the friends became lovers, but that’s just my personal preference, for me I just enjoy quite a bit of tension before characters get together.

I loved the use of playlists and music references in this book and found aspects of it very funny! (Theo was a very funny character and made me giggle a lot!)

I felt as if Theo was alike to Lando Norris, which is why I enjoyed this book so much as Lando is one of my favourite drivers.

Overall this was a fun romance and I can’t wait to read more by this author!

I enjoyed this a lot and it fulfilled my formula 1 sports romance obsession atm. I liked the aspect of his personality changing a bit and how protective and careful he was around Josie. I also really appreciated how Josie had taken a break for herself to work out what she wanted. It was cute!
Also, I wasn't expecting the level of spice at times in this one as I didn't recall there being that level in the other book!

As an F1 fan I really enjoyed the references throughout and definitely felt like it was a well crafted “world”. Even though it was a second book in the series it could easily be read as a stand alone book with no issues. I warmed to both of the characters and definitely felt the couple were a good match. As a Brit, it you can tell that it is written by a North American as some of the references/wordings don’t necessarily make sense for a British or Australian person to say. But I realise that it targeted to an American audience!

What a thrilling and wild read! Loved watching Josie find her feet, and Theo heal past mistakes, all set against the glamour of the F1 world. Pacey, romantic and passionate - a fun and entertaining book.

This book was a whirlwind binge read!

I loved that it is friends to lovers but with actual plot and three dimensional characters. It isn’t all smut, it’s character development and deals with serious themes well.

Loved these two together, and Theo is definitely *chefs kiss*

Smutty, funny and cute all at the same time - a practically perfect rom com romp.

I loved this! I loved that it didn’t just centre around the racing aspect of formula 1 like some but it actually included all the other aspects such as organising contracts, sponsors and marketing. I loved the couple the whole way through and even though there is a slight break between them I loved that there wasn’t as much miscommunication and they worked together rather than against each other. Definitely a must read if you love formula 1!!

Theo is like a chaotic version of Lando! Meaning that Josie is such a saint!

I had an absolute dream reading this book it was funny, sexy and scratched all the parts of my brain I needed it to. I adored Josie and Theo together and it gave me all the feels I needed.

Theo walker the man that you are, some of your lines sir were so sweet, so vulnerable and the chemistry was off the charts.

Josie I just wanted to be her best friend because as someone who makes a lot of playlists it made me smile no end for the countless playlists that were made for each other.

They worked so well and even when they were both wrong and there were times I found myself feeling that I was just looking at them and not being angry with either of them.

And the epilogue was both cute and hilarious. Cannot wait for more in this world.

F1 romance is something that is high at the moment and this one certainly did not disappoint I find myself gravitating more to f1 romances and I repeat it is filling me with so much joy.

Cannot wait to talk about this book when it is released thank you to NetGalley and penguin for allowing me to read this book.

As a huge fan of Formula 1 I was extremely excited to read this book and my goodness was it good! I was literally hooked from the minute I picked this up. The characters where absolutely perfect. I loved all the locations and the story itself was exciting and fun and I really loved it.
