Oh dear, she's done it again, and not her intended target.
Lots of dark humour, descriptive sentences, and very interesting family and friends.

This book is wild but in the best way. Kitty Collins is back and somehow even more unhinged, but you can’t help rooting for her. It’s dark, funny, and full of drama, Perfect if you love chaotic women and funny one liners.

A very well-written and gripping sequel. I loved the continuation of Kittys story. Plenty of laugh out loud moments and twists.

I enjoyed this book just as much as the first, I loved that we followed more of Kitty's family life side. I felt i connected to the characters more in this book than the first. I hope there will be more adventures from Kitty, shes such a great character although she is a little crazy. These books are perfect for an easy read that keeps you gripped but itsn't too heavy on the story but still a great story.

In this second instalment of Kitty Collins, she’s desperately trying to stop her murderous antics. However, there’s an anonymous influencer, Blaze Bundy spreading misogynistic hate and Kitty can’t resist just one more kill. Kitty is also juggling her mother’s upcoming wedding to a man she’s never met, her own romantic relationship, her friendship dilemmas and of course, being a secret serial killer.

I enjoyed this book just as much as the first. It was predictable and farfetched at times but that didn’t detract from the entertainment. I was still hooked.

I love the fantasy world of Kitty making the streets a safer place for women. There are a lot of scenarios in this book that reflect real life - sexist influencers, domestic abusers, rapists and this book highlights all of the suffering women face at the hands of men, only (in this fictional world) with the conclusion of satisfying justice being done.

Super easy to read and great escapism with some thought provoking and important points wrapped in dark humour.

I’d recommend reading the first in the series before this one for full enjoyment.

This is the second book in Brent’s 𝐾𝑖𝑡𝑡𝑦 𝐶𝑜𝑙𝑙𝑖𝑛𝑠 series, and it was just as pacy, darkly comedic & addictive as the first. Kitty is a super sarcastic, witty+ hilarious MC, that gives me huge female Joe Goldberg x Rhiannon Lewis vibes + I am HERE for it. I’d recommend this if you’re looking for a cross between a dark comedy + a psychological thriller with the killer’s perspective!

Very fun and humourous writing in a dark way. I really enjoyed this and would highly recommend. I need to read a bit more of this author!

Another brilliant kitty Collins book, and she definitely came back with a bang and I’m praying there’s more to come.
Although this felt a bit tamer than book one, it kept me guessing as I thought I had everything figured out before it took another twist I didn’t see coming. Funny and sassy with just enough gore, the perfect blend!

Loved this book! Couldn't wait to read this as I'd loved Kitty Collins in the first book!! Kitty is struggling to fight the urge not to kill and sets up an angry womens anonymous style support group (keeping her darkest urges under wraps ofcourse). She also has her love interest who she keeps in the dark about her past- obviously. But the urges linger and the bad men keep doing bad things and hurting the ones she loves! I did find the storyline intermingled with a little bit too much feminist speal for me, and some of the graphic details, although do not bother me, seemed to just be exagerated for shock value, but that's just my opinion. Overall loved the book and some of the hard hitting themes included for Kitty and her friends. Looking forward to the next one!

I absolutely LOVED it!! The luxury, the glamour and the shock value of the horror too! I didn’t realise it was a sequel when I started it, and that doesn’t really matter as you catch up pretty easily. I will DEFINITELY be reading more from Katy Brent.

If you are squeamish this book is probably not for you! We are back following the story of Katie who has given up her hobby of killing misogynistic men…but can she keep to her new life?

A brilliant read, which despite the dark topic is full of humour and relationships that you become invested in. It manages to be funny, serious, sad and hopeful all in one.

Katy Brent has such a captivating writing style that just pulls you in, from page one, to this ever darkening world while also making you laugh and snigger at the same time.

I liked I Bet You’d Look Good in a Coffin—it was funny, fast-paced, and definitely entertaining. But overall, I felt like everything came a bit too easily at times. There weren’t many real obstacles or tension, which made parts of the story feel a little flat.

The big reveal did catch me off guard, so props for that twist, but I guess I was hoping for something with a bit more impact. Kitty Collins is such a unique character—flawed, impulsive, chaotic—and not gonna lie, sometimes I just wanted to hug her.

It was an okay read. Nothing groundbreaking, but fun enough to keep me turning the pages. I’ll definitely keep reading books by this author; there’s a charm to their writing that keeps things engaging even when the plot isn’t super complex.
