A really helpful guide for social media engagement. I will definitely be referencing this moving forward.

Loved it - only ask would be for more on useful social media tools so there is an independent opinion on which ones are best (rather than relying on the ones advertising!)

As someone who works in a library and also is thinking about starting my own bookish-themed social media accounts, I really enjoyed this guide! No matter what the platform is or how long have you been interacting with book content, you'll find something for yourself here.

Gave a lot of good tips to help grow my social media! I highly recommend for anyone looking to become a content creator of anykind.

The NetGalley Social Media Handbook is a great resource for promoting books on social media. It gives clear tips on how to engage with followers and share reviews effectively. I found the advice on using different platforms really helpful.
It’s perfect for anyone looking to improve their social media presence as a book reviewer. I would love to see more advanced tips, but overall, it’s a solid guide.

Thanks, I have been struggling with my Bookstagram for a bit now and I didn't know how best to prioritize it.

I always love these guides and planners. Thanks Netgalley for all y'all do! As always, it's so fun reading books with you!

My only complaint is I wish I found this sooner! Great source of information to help with your social media reviews as well as NetGalley!!

Such helpful book, it really gets all the things you should know into one place!😇 It gives you ideas and tools to succeed in the bookish social media space.

Honestly a good read for book reviewing in general. It gave a lot of tips and tricks to use across multiple platforms. Check it out if you're a newbie, I think it can be quite helpful.

Thank you so much for sharing this great resource! This was put together was so much helpful information.

This was a great resource. I got some good ideas on what to do with my current booksagram. I really only used the Instagram and review (storygraph) tips. but i am thinking about using the tiktok tips for my reels, or frankly starting a booktok.

Everyone who reads and plans to write reviews, whether you're a seasoned professional, a newbie just getting started, a blogger, or just a reader who also writes reviews, needs to read this handbook! So much information in the pages! Even though I've been writing reviews for over ten years and trying to do my best at promoting books, I took so much new information away while reading this. Things I never thought of, new things I'm going to start implementing. It is so good! A must read!

Very helpful with managing my accounts that are just starting out and still finding their footing. I really appreciate the support and guidance as I work to build a stronger foundation and grow in the coming future. It’s not always easy starting from scratch, but having helpful resources and encouragement makes a big difference. I feel much more confident moving forward knowing that I have the tools I need to succeed. With time, consistency, and the right help, I’m excited to see where this journey will lead. Thank you for making the beginning stages a little easier and a lot brighter!

A great how-to social media handbook guide full with do's and don'ts, examples, tips and tricks and more.
This handbook is definitely useful. I have already incorporated some of the useful tips to one of my social media platforms.

As someone not really new to the creator side of the bookish community I didnt learn anything new but this is a very informative quick and easy read for newbies. The information in this handbook is clearly articulated and easy to follow. I am also very happy that it follows most social media plattforms.
While I would have loved more in-depth info, this was a good overview.

A short and concise booklet about how to grow your bookish brand! Everything was laid out neatly and efficiently. I especially appreciated the accessibility sections.

Similarly to the Book Advocate Toolkit, this is okay for a very surface level of knowledge and doesn't go into much depth.
The file in the NetGalley Shelf app glitched a lot when I tried to read it, with the text appearing fine, but the page titles and graphics disappearing.

This guide gave a lot of good tips to help grow my social media! I highly recommend for anyone looking to become a content creator of any kind.

I find that it can be daunting as a new book advocate to put yourself out there and share your book reviews with the world. So, it feels really good to know that I have this handbook by my side whenever I need some tips on how to find a social platform that is right for me, how to create social media strategies that work, and also how to provide constructive feedback in my book reviews.
