What an amazing tool for anyone struggling with social media! I’ve been using bookstagram for almost a year now, and have been having a hard time navigating how and what to post. This handbook is a one stop shop for those looking for help with their socials. They even have links to other articles within the handbook if you’re struggling with something specific and want more information. I’m so excited to use everything I’ve learned in this to not only help my social media, but to help my reviews and get better at NetGalley as well. Thank you so much for this resource!

As someone who just started a social media account dedicated to books and reviews, this is a MUST-HAVE! It offers so much insight tailored specifically to all book lovers. Not only that, it delves into each major platform! It provides tips that everyone can follow and the do's and don'ts which is crucial to ensure your account is authentically yourself yet still professional. All in all, this is a clear and concise handbook that all can benefit from!

This sounded like a good book, I already use social media to spread the word about new books coming out. Unfortunately, I was unable to open this since it is only available on the NetGalley app. I try not to get ones that are only available in that format.

Of all the guides put out by We Are Bookish, this was the one I needed the most. This social media handbook covers all the major bookish social media platforms, providing do’s and don’t’s for each. There is also an incredibly helpful section that explains how to take a review you’ve already written for NetGalley and adapt it for other platforms. It also contains guidance on compliance and accessibility requirements when sharing your NetGalley reviews on your social media in an easy to implement way.
