this was a super handy little guide to social media! i think anyone looking to start or grow their social media and other review platforms would really benefit from this read. it's realistic and encourages you to maintain consistency with achievable recommendations. i liked that it didn't push you to overextend yourself across every platform. right now i only use goodreads, amazon and instagram which, at this time, is enough for me. the platform focused advice is tailored to the strengths of each platform. this is a really worthwhile read!

What I appreciated the most about this handbook is how they linked more in-depth articles for niche topics that came up along the way. I feel like I have a hand on bookstagram and booktok but there was an article offering tips for different blogging styles. The article had amazing variety for what I thought was a very narrow pursuit. Book blogging is something I want to research further and I found this very helpful.

Netgalley's Social Media Handbook was a great, quick read on all things social media related for book readers that want to expand into content creation and networking. I'm new to Netgalley and wanted to look into growing on other platforms too, and this guide really helped! Not only did it introduce me to new platforms, but it also included steps on how to improve my accounts and posts.

So much good information and goes into details with the smaller things creators who are just starting off may forget. Definitely took some notes and will be implementing some of these in the near future!!
