This was a short and sweet story. I really enjoyed the way vampires were written as family units. The found family was strong and it was lovely. I wasn't prepared for the amount of teenage angst, but that's on me, I should have been, as this is a coming of age story.

This book is perfect for a series., I really do hope it is.!! This book could be the next Blade. I loved those !movies but when ypu.read the book, it would be a female Blade. Its just to perfect. The book was great!! I really could not put it down at all. I.stayed up just to read the whole book and boy was I glad I did. Beautifully written and everything seemed very thought out. Loved it and hope other will love it too!
