This book offers an abundance of information and tips to help anyone successfully meal prep for the week. She begins with a list of tasks to do before you start (gather containers, plan, shop, etc.), and then moved into actual prep. Romeo provides a variety of meal plans, so whether you're eating high protein, low carb, vegan, or something in between, it's very likely there is something here for you. You won't find any super exciting recipes here, but what you will find are simple, straightforward recipes with accesible ingredients, clear instructions, and attractive pictures. I think this book does a great job of accomplishing what it set out to do.

The cover, though! Ah! I love books like this. Clear, to the point, colorful, and helpful! Romeo has done it all. Thanks to NetGalley for the ARC. This is going to help me get out of my food slump!
