An exciting plot, interesting characters and similarities can be drawn with The Flatshare and One Day. An easy read.

This was a fabulous story telling the life story (to date) of Ellen starting when she moved h9me for the first time at the age of 20 and following every house move she’s had since whilst telling the stories of the key events that happened in each location. It was actually heartwarming to see how she built up a career and meet the key men in her life as well as observing her relationships with her best friend and family. This was a very easy read and recounted Ellen’s life so beautifully that you could almost feel you knew her and admire her strength as she dealt with tribulations and admired her successes along the way too. This is a very gentle and uplifting read and beautifully told.

Thank you to Netgalley and the publisher for granting me free access to the advanced digital copy of this book. A gorgeous 4 star read book from me. What an exciting plot, vivid storytelling and relatable, rich characters. I could put this book down – absolutely loved it.

This was amazing. I loved the depth of Ellen’s journey. It’s not just about who she loves, but about finding a sense of home; within herself, in the places she calls home, and in the relationships she holds dear. It’s messy, it’s real, and it will make you second-guess what you thought you knew about love and fate. The writing is sharp, the pacing spot on, and the romance both tender and swoon worthy. If you’re into stories where finding your way is as important as who you end up with, and you’re a sucker for great romantic tension, this one will leave you hooked.

I love books especially along the direction of One Day. I am beyond excited for this book to get in readers hands. It’s the perfect case of right person wrong time but if it’s meant to be it will.
