𝐄𝐌𝐌𝐀 𝐋𝐔𝐂𝐘 - 𝐋𝐈𝐕𝐄, 𝐑𝐀𝐍𝐂𝐇, 𝐋𝐎𝐕𝐄 𝐁𝐎𝐎𝐊 𝐑𝐄𝐕𝐈𝐄𝐖
Happy re-release and traditional book release week to Live, Ranch, Love! It's always a wondrous and proud moment for readers who knew and read them when an indie romance writer receives their flowers and their book is offered to a wider range of readers. With the glorious renaissance of the cowboy romance genre,we have a chance to read this cute, sometimes whimsical and ultimately an escape offering story about a burned out British influencer girl, who inherits her great-aunt's ranch farm. As an escape from modern city life and to find herself again she decides to heal her heart and mind by trying to revive the failing ranch.Well, that idea sounds ambitious and maybe out of touch - at least in the eyes of the grumpy Wyatt who actually runs the place. Tensions run high, opinions are clashed and the grumpy cowboy has no chance but to fall for the city Princess.I loved that this story felt like a warm hug, the characters were lovable, the story charming and the slow burn aspect was - as it's a favourite of mine - was well executed. The grumpy but softie falling in love was everything a romance girlie could ask for, the banter between the characters and the little peaks into the side character's personality all made me excited for the next installations of the Willow Ridge series!

Whiskey Business meets Flawless in this small town, cowboy romance.
I definitely wouldn't class this as enemies to lovers. The characters had an instant attraction and the time spent disliking each other was so short.
Both MCs have been heartbroken before so it takes a while for them to admit their feelings. I loved their journey of healing themselves and how they fiercely defend and champion each other.
The book shares a message to be your authentic self. Do what you love and don't try to be what other people want you to be.
Instead of enemies to lovers I would say it's opposites attract, grumpy x sunshine, instalust.
Perfect for fans of cowboy romances.
Now, can someone please leave me a ranch in their will.
Thank you for an advanced copy of this book

A fun, wholesome rom com that follows a cowboy and a wellness influencer who takes over her great aunt’s ranch. I thought this was so much fun. It’s a light, easy read and great if you’re in a slump. The banter between the two characters is great and I loved the romance.

Live, Ranch, Love was a pretty good debut! I enjoyed the ranch setting, and the sunshine x grumpy trope was done well. Wyatt is a typical grumpy cowboy and Rory is a wellness influencer, so they don't have a lot in common, but it was nice to see how they came together to keep the ranch running and make it something for both of them.
I struggled a little bit with the pacing of the story, the romance was very insta-love and everything seemed to happen very quickly. I also think describing them as enemies to loves is a stretch, they mildly dislike each other at most!
The exes returning in the third act was annoying, it felt completely unnecessary and was used just to add drama that wasn't needed.
I loved the little hints we got of Cherry and Duke, I hope they get a story! I love that trope anyway so hopefully it's a good one.

This was such a cute read, and I loved every second of it. The underlying message of growth and facing difficult and uncomfortable things was beautiful. Aurora and Wyatt’s relationship came together naturally, and you could feel the soul bond between them. That being said, the spice was spicing, and just a little kinky.
“One day, I'll get all my self-belief and strength back, but until then, maybe it wouldn't be so bad to let him hold my hand along the way.”
One thought that I couldn’t get it off my head in the epilogue - what about the visa she’d need to stay in the states? 😂 that shouldn’t have been what threw me, but it was…

This was such a great, feel good romance! I really enjoyed the grumpy/sunshine dynamic between Aurora and Wyatt.
Aurora, a wellness influencer, inherits a Colorado ranch and meets Wyatt, the serious and rugged cowboy who clearly isn’t thrilled by her presence. Their chemistry builds slowly and sweetly, and I loved watching them grow closer. The ranch setting added so much charm to the story; sunsets, horses, and heartfelt moments made it easy to imagine being there.
While some parts felt a bit rushed and the third-act drama was predictable, I still loved their journey. Aurora’s personal growth and confidence boost were inspiring, and Wyatt turning into the ultimate book boyfriend was adorable.
The romance was soft, flirty, and full of steam after halfway point. If you’re looking for a good , small town romance with cowboy vibes and heartfelt moments, this is for you.

Enjoyed this- would be good for Elsie Silver fans. Was only a 2 star for me as the relationship was too insta love for me and I didn’t really buy it unfortunately.

Live, Ranch, Love started off strong - Rory is a charming (if a little basic) FMC and the grumpy/sunshine dynamic felt right with the plot of the story. I had high hopes for both the romance and progression of the characters, but it fell a little flat beyond the half way mark. The ‘grumpy’ side of Wyatt seemed to last all of a few chapters before he was suddenly thinking flowery thoughts of Aurora, which can sometimes be sweet but came across a little rushed. By the third act, I felt we’d hit cringe levels of cliché with both their relationship and their outlook on life. I understand the focus on positivity and how a different mindset can help reshape your life, but it all felt a little too over the top for me unfortunately. There were a few things I did enjoy, including the setting, the dynamic amongst their friend group and Aurora’s self-confidence journey. I’m a big lover of cheesy romance with predictable (and comforting) endings, but this just didn’t feel like the one for me.

This was such a cute read. Congrats to Emma Lucy for a spectacular debut.
This was such a fun grumpy sunshine. The characters themselves were developed well. They both go through a healing journey and eventually help each other as well.. They fit together so well and the author creates a good dynamic between them.

Live Ranch Love is one of those feel-good romances that makes you want to pack up your city life and go fall in love under the wide-open sky.
This book is cozy, charming, and full of small-town ranch vibes — think sunsets, horses, family dinners, and a whole lot of swoony glances. The chemistry between the main characters is sweet and slow-building, and I loved how grounded everything felt. Emma Lucy does a great job creating a world you actually want to be in.
The romance is soft and genuine, and there’s a nice balance between emotional growth and flirty moments. Plus, the ranch setting isn’t just for show — it actually plays into the story in a really natural, comforting way.
Why 4 stars and not higher? A few moments felt a little too neat or predictable, and some side characters could’ve used a bit more depth. But honestly, that didn’t take much away from the overall charm.
Bottom line: if you’re in the mood for something heartwarming with a hint of cowboy, Live Ranch Love totally delivers.

Live, Ranch, Love by Emma Lucy is a cowboy romance and the first book in the Willow Ridge Series. This is the story of Aurora and Wyatt.
I just adore small-town cowboy romances and I adored the modern touches Aurora brings to it. She is a wellness and lifestyle influencer who inherits a ranch and that whole concept was just genius. Aurora is trying to heal after her last relationship and the Sunset Ranch is just the perfect place for it. I love what she did to the ranch and I’m in need of a Sunset Ranch retreat myself.
Wyatt is the grumpy cowboy who runs the ranch, and he loves his job and the freedom it gives him. Therefore, he’s far from happy when Aurora comes around and disrupts his whole process. My favorite part of this book was honestly seeing Wyatt fall for Aurora. He’s such a bookboyfriend who treated her like a princess.
These two are so cute together and they had so many adorable moments together like Aurora riding for the first time or their first kiss. It felt like their chemistry got stronger with each page and that made the spicy scenes even better. I could have done without the third act drama but overall, I was living for this story, and it gave me total butterflies.
Live, Ranch, Love is a must-read for all cowboy romance lovers and I already can’t wait to return to Willow Ridge in the next book. 4,5 stars.
(Thank you to the publisher and NetGalley for providing me with an arc.)

Thank you Netgalley for my eARC for the rerelease of Live, Ranch, Love!
This is a sweet and spicy small town cowboy romance that you can sink your teeth into, for fans of Elsie Silver and Paisley Hope.
Aurora (Rory) is a positivity and wellness influencer struggling to find her happiness after her boyfriend cheated on her and her aunt passed. She travels to Willow Ridge to settle her aunt’s affairs and sell Sunset Ranch. The last thing she expected was grumpy rancher Wyatt who hates her on the spot.
The situation between Rory and Wyatt definitely starts off with a not an enemies to lovers but more of an misunderstanding/false impressions to lovers. The tension grows and then when ex's get involved it was always bound to end up in some chaos!
Definitely a slow burn with forced proximity, a hint of fake dating and lots of SPICE (once it gets started).
I would love to visit Sunset Ranch!

Okay so… I did enjoy this book however there were a few things that lowered my rating 😩
I feel like I was constantly being reminded about Rory’s height and hair colour… the same with Wyatt’s eyes … it was just a bit to repetitive for me.
I feel like the enemies for lovers felt a bit flat and the attraction just seemed to come out of nowhere …
HOWEVER…
I love the small town vibe!
I loved the second half of the book a lot more I feel first half was just a bit slow to build up.
Considering there is a lot within this genre the MC’s journey was quite different to what we have seen within the genre which kept me thoroughly invested!
I’m excited to see what comes next from this series and I’m 100% not writing it off!
100% recommend just hang in there until the second half!

Thank you Netgalley and HarperCollins for this free arc in exchange for an honest review!!!
This book follows Aurora who takes over her late great aunts ranch after she finds her boyfriend cheating on her! She meets the miserable and brooding Wyatt who manages the ranch.
This is the typical boy meets girl cowboy romance. A great pallet cleanser and its the perfect amount of spice. I think there were a few moments when I was reading I was thinking "oh this is going to happen" and it didn't though. I wish they went to a concert together! I feel like that would have made it a full circle moment in the book. However this was still thoroughly enjoyable! <3

I honestly don't know where to start with the review.
The MMC, I cant even remember his name, acts as if the land that she inherited is his and not hers. His attitude about it honestly got on my nerves.
I am actually at a loss for words on what to write for this review.
Both main characters really grated on my nerves, from the introduction to the book, to when they got together at 60% in, to the end. There was no tension or chemistry. I felt nothing to the point that when they did get together for the first time I was like 'oh so we're doing this then are we'. It might not have for the other readers but I felt as though there was no build up to that moment and so was a bit taken aback.
The problem then persisted for me when they did get together it felt very insta-love, and all of a sudden they were all about each other. Like what.....
Moving away from the main characters' ... flaws... the writing felt very immature and two dimensional. I was active I was reading and not absorbed in this book like I had hoped to have been. I feel that if the author had taken the time to develop the characters beyond their main traits of an influencer and cowboy this could have been a much better books. The development of the side characters as well would have added a bit more to the book.
Anyways, at this point I dont think I can form words to adequently describe my views on this book. At this point in time I will not be continuing this series or other works from the author.
Please also remember that reading is subjective and these are my views and feeling on the book and if this book sounds like a book that interests you then go into it with an open mind and I hope that you do enjoy it.

Give me a grumpy x sunshine cowboy small town romance and I will always have a fantastic time. The FMC, Rory, escapes to a ranch in Colorado after her ex cheats on her; and she's looking for inspiration to start new. The MMC, Wyatt, is the head rancher who is reluctant to leave the ranch he loves so much.
Wyatt and Rory had a cute romance with moments of banter and tension that were really fun to read. I did feel as though the tension and their 'enemies' moments ended much quicker than I would expect, or like. It felt like the romance in parts needed to be fleshed out a bit more -- almost as if Lucy was rushing for the couple to get together, rather than the tension of them avoiding their feelings.
All in all this was a really fun lighthearted romance and a fantastic debut. I think this is great for a palate cleanser or a fantastic book for someone who is new to romance. I'm excited to see where the series goes.

This was such a charming, feel-good read. Live, Ranch, Love has everything I want in a romance—grumpy/sunshine tension, forced proximity, sizzling chemistry, and a heroine I actually rooted for. Rory, the British wellness influencer, and Wyatt, the gruff cowboy rancher, were complete opposites in the best way. Their banter? Spot on. Their connection? Totally believable.
I really enjoyed the themes of healing and second chances, and the small-town setting made it all feel warm and cozy. It did slow down a little in parts, and a few plot turns were pretty easy to see coming, but honestly? I didn’t mind. I had such a good time reading this.
A great debut and a strong start to what I hope becomes a whole series. I’ll definitely be picking up whatever Emma Lucy writes next.
Thank you to NetGalley & Harper Collins UK for providing me with an ARC in exchange for an honest review.

Live, Ranch Love is a delightful story about learning to love again.
Rory, having just been cheated on, flees to her Aunt Grace’s ranch that she now owns. There she meets Wyatt, a grumpy rancher who could not be any less thrilled about having a wellness influencer take over his ranch.
Soon, the peace that living on Sunshine Ranch has brought Rory inspires her to open up her own wellness retreat to share that peace with others and she needs Wyatt’s help to do it.
This is Grumpy x Sunshine personified and I ate it up. Both Wyatt and Rory heal from difficult pasts and grow to love themselves as well as each other.
Wyatt WORSHIPS this woman and I could read about that all day. Who doesn’t love a grumpy cowboy turned softie??

Thank you so much to HarperCollins UK via NetGalley for the e-arc of this book in exchange for my honest thoughts.
4 STARS
I always have time for a cowboy/ranch romance, and this one did not disappoint. Loved the journey both main characters went on, it was a very grumpy/sunshine story (one of the best tropes). I found myself hooked from the start wanting to know more about Rory, and wanting to book myself a space on the retreat ASAP.
Thoroughly recommend putting this on your TBR - I can't wait to hopefully read more of this series and author.

I was kindly send this by NetGalley in exchange for my honest review
