Aurora, is a British positivity and wellness influencer.
When her aunt passes away, she moves to Colorado to deal with selling the ranch her aunt left her.
What she didn't expect is to meet Wyatt, the hot grumpy cowboy who won't leave his home, Willow Ridge.
Emma Lucy wrote this debut novel exceptionally well, the characters are beautifully characterized and the FMC is wonderful, I could feel her sunshine through the book!!!
It's a slow burn but trust me it's worth it because when the time comes the spicy in the book will make you see stars! โญ๏ธ

I was lucky enough to be an arc reader when this book was indie published and it quickly became one of my fave books!! It has such a special place in my heart and I love this story more than I can put into words!
Prepare to be giggling, blushing and kicking your feet throughout the whole book!! I loved every second of it, but the only downside is now I wish I could stay in Sunset Ranch forever!
It was sweet, spicy and swoony and I was obsessed from the first page! Wyatt and Aurora are such lovable characters and youโre really rooting for them to get their happily ever after, especially after everything theyโve both been through. The way they built each other up throughout the story was so beautiful, and with Roryโs background as a wellness influencer, I loved the addition of the positivity tidbits, advice and inspirational quotes thrown in!
The grumpy x sunshine trope was done so well because Wyatt was more of a broody grump and doesnโt come across as arrogant! Heโs also way more romantic and swoony than he wants to let on!
I was already obsessed with Wyatt but then his vision board was the icing on the cake! The whole scene made me giddy and filled my heart with so much happiness!
And Wyatt giving Jake the horse reins ๐คญ๐ฅต IYKYK
I canโt wait for the rest of the friend group to get their own happily ever after because they were just the best! Iโm so excited for Cherryโs book!!
If you loved Chestnut Springs then youโll absolutely adore ๐๐ข๐ฏ๐, ๐๐๐ง๐๐ก, ๐๐จ๐ฏ๐! So go and add it to your TBR!

I thought this was a cute small town, cowboy romance book and I did like it, it's just not one of my favourite.
Wyatt and Aurora do have very undeniable chemistry that did have me giggling a few times, but I did feel like somethings were a bit repetitive, like the description of Wyatt's eyes and Aurora's hair.
The last 20% of the book was quite chaotic and there was a lot going on but I actually quite liked that and I did not want to put the book down at that point as I wanted to find out what was going to happen.
I wasn't the greatest fan of the conflict between the characters at the end, I just did not like it.
Overall I think this is a good book and the hints you get for other books in this series makes me so excited, I looked up the next book and it's the brothers best friend trope and I love that trope so much.

Thank you Netgalley, HarperCollins and Emma Lucy for a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.
This story follows Rory who has inherited her Auntโs ranch after she passes away. Rory has just been cheated on by her ex boyfriend and moves from the UK to the states to sell the ranch, where she meets Wyatt. Wyatt is the head rancher and the polar opposite to Rory. Rory is into yoga, manifestation, is an influencer and general ray of sunshine, and Wyatt is grumpy, quiet and a recluse. They have to work together despite their differences to make the ranch work.
I rated this book 3 stars because itโs just bang on average. The plot was good but kind of loses it during the third act where things begin to go a bit hectic and felt unnecessary. However, some scenes had me absolutely lose it with laughter, such as the bar scene where they play never have I ever with Wyattโs friends, and a scene with a foot massage which takes a funny turn. The author is great at creating banter between the characters and making the grumpy x sunshine dynamic work. The tension in the first half of the story was good but then they got together and couldnโt stop hooking up without really reflecting on what their relationship actually was. The characterisation wasnโt 100% consistent and there was one chapter where it felt like Wyatt had a personality transplant during a bonfire scene and is described as giggling maniacally, which threw me off because it was pretty inconsistent with how we saw his personality up to this point. He goes back to normal in the next chapter.
Overall it was a good read and I would be interested to see what plans the author has for other characters introduced in this book.

When reading what this book was about I thought It was going to be a book I would really enjoy reading, especially with an enemies to loves trope. I just felt this this book was missing something.
It was a fun cute cowboy romance and I loved the aspect of the wellness retreat on the ranch. I loved the first half of the book but I think it went a little down hill in the second half. I just feel it was a little rushed in some areas and some parts of the book wasn't necessary needed.
I did enjoy the aspect of this book as it was a fun read as I love cowboy romances but this one wasn't really for me. I liked the friend circle in this book and I would love to see them have a book of their own in the future.

Live, Ranch, Love is the first book in Emma Lucyโs Willow Ridge series and if this book is anything to go by, the series is going to be a hit. Who doesnโt love a grumpy, tattooed cowboy!! This cowboy romance was a cute, quick, steamy read that I could not put down! The fact that this was a small town, enemies to lovers romance was even better! I will recommend this book to anyone that is looking for a similar vibe to Elsie Silver and Lyla Sage!

Enemies to lovers with a cowboy twist!
This is a fun enemies to lovers romance with a gorgeous ranch setting, a badass British influencer FMC and a tall, dark and handsome rancher MMC.
Aurora has no idea that she's just turned Wyatt's whole world upside down when she arrives at his ranch, having inherited it from her aunt.
And Wyatt thinks he's got the measure of the influencer who is coming to sell the place he's lived in and loved for years, but Aurora is full of surprises.
Perfect summer read

One thing about me is that I LOVE a good cowboy romance and I ate this one up! Live, Ranch, Love was such a cute, quick and easy read and I loved every second of it. Iโd highly recommend this to any fellow cowboy romance lovers.

Thank you NetGalley and HarperCollins for providing this ARC in exchange for an honest review.
Live, Ranch, Love was a quick, easy read that kept me entertained until the 50% mark. Unfortunately, after that point, the story gets really boring and I found myself skimming a great part of the second half.
I was quite curious about this story, especially because you donโt often see an influencer as a FMC. This book made me realize why. I couldnโt cope with Auroraโs motivational quotes. And I get the authorโs English, but making the FMC from Britain didnโt add anything to the story and it could have been easily cut. On top of that, I couldnโt feel any emotional connection between her and Wyatt. They were supposed to start as enemies, but they were barely that and it lasted a couple of days ??? Then they are suddenly friends? I donโt know.
What made me lower my rating was how once they started having sex, suddenly that was only what the story was about. I got bored and just straight up started skipping the scenes. Not only that, but also how STUPID the conflict at the end was. If my cheating ex came to my place of work / living unexpectedly he would be YEETED out so fast. Wyatt should have beaten him up more. Sorry, but both Aurora and Wyatt were so childish in the last part.
That said, I think the author has a lot of room for improvement. I will be reading the second book as I am curious about the characters!

Live, Ranch, Love completely won me over. I really fell in love with this book and world!
I devoured it in 2 days (would have been 1 day if I could hide away from the world๐)
Rory is the kind of FMC you canโt help but root for sheโs sassy, funny, intelligent, and full of a radiant positivity that lifts your mood but her feelings of lack of worth and confidence really resonated with me! I loved being in her world from the first moment we meet Rory she had me hooked!
And the chemistry between Rory and Wyatt? Off. The. Charts. Their relationship is a delicious slow burn that builds with every encounter but when they finally kissed? Sparks flewโI had a little flush lol!. Their connection felt so real and earned, we go from instant dislike and watch the two of them really build and work on themselves supporting the other and creating this lovely relationship.
One of my absolute favorite moments was when Wyatt ran after Rory, thinking she was leaving the ranch. My stomach was in knots right along with himโyou could feel the panic, the fear. It was such an emotionally charged scene that really had me devouring the pages. The small-town ranch setting added even more charm. Itโs one of my favorite backdrops to read about, and this one delivered everything I love: warmth, community, and a cozy sense of place. The side characters in these types of books can sometimes feel flat and that want the case they had a real presence in the book and if I was picking up on the correct hints! Im hoping book 2 is between duke and cherry! There is 100% something brewing!
Ultimately if youโre into opposites-attract romance, grumpy/sunshine dynamics, or just want a read thatโll make your heart flutter and your cheeks hurt from smilingโthis oneโs for you. Absolutely a five-star debut! Chestnut springs fan and cowboy girlie lovers this is going to be your new favourite series!
A special thank you to NetGalley and Harper Collins for the ARC (ebook) Iโm hoping some special editions of this book will be made to add to my collection!

Please, take me to Sunset Ranch and leave me there! I am so glad I found this place and its beautiful residents!
Aurora is the sunny and positive wellness influencer who inherited her late great auntโs ranch managed by Wyatt the cocky and broody cowboy. At first glance, Aurora and Wyatt couldnโt be more opposites. But appearances can be deceiving, and they soon realize they're actually perfect for each other. As a matter of fact, Wyatt manages to bring out Aurora's hidden fiesty side, while Aurora brings out Wyatt's hidden soft side. Their banter and chemistry is undeniable. Plus, they can't help but encourage, support, listen to, and understand each other.
I liked Aurora and Wyatt's swoony, fun, inspirational, and spicy love srory a lot. I think this is the perfect book for those who need a getaway from everyday life. So, if you're looking for a dreamy,ย broody, fun, sexy, caring and hot cowboy who can make you forget about daily monotony, look no further! Wyatt Hensley is the right man for you and this is your sign to read Live, Ranch, Love!

This was a cute cowboy romance. Although i didn't fall MADLY in love with the main couple, they were still fun to spend time with, and i had as much fun trying to guess the pairings and stories for future installments of the series, so i will definitely return to read more of this author's work.

Live, Ranch, Love is a small-town cowboy romance that gives off similar vibes to the Chestnut Spring series.
Wyatt is your typical grumpy cowboy that doesnโt like change, so when Aurora turns up as the new owner of the ranch he works at, heโs not impressed. Aurora is full of sunshine and a wellness influencer.
This is a steamy enemies to lovers romance with a good amount of spice mixed in the cute romance. My only criticism would be they donโt seem to stay true enemies for long.
I would happily recommend this to all that love: an easy read, sexual tension, grumpy x sunshine, jokey insults, he falls first.

Rory Jones is a self made wellness influencer and author, she thought her life was perfect and heading in the right direction until she finds her boyfriend cheating on her. She flees to her late Aunts home, Sunset Ranch in Willow Ridge, Colorado to settle her affairs and hopefully sell the ranch. However the head ranch hand Wyatt Hensley, has other ideas.
This is meant to be a lovers-to-enemies type story, however, I just didn't feel the chemistry. I wanted to love this book; I liked the sound of the synopsis, and the cowboy theme had me excited and appealed to me. But, unfortunately, the book just fell a little flat and I didn't feel the sizzle between the main characters.
It is the first time I have read a boo but the author, even thought I didnt love this one, I would deifnetly look out for her other titles in future.

"Live, Ranch, Love" by Emma Lucy is a delightful contemporary romance that beautifully intertwines themes of healing, self-discovery, and unexpected love. The story follows Rory Jones, a wellness influencer whose life takes a dramatic turn after a painful betrayal. Seeking solace, she retreats to her late great auntโs ranch in Colorado, where she hopes to regain her confidence and find inspiration for her writing.
Emma Lucy does a fantastic job of developing Roryโs character. Her journey from heartbreak to empowerment is relatable and inspiring. The ranch setting serves as a perfect backdrop for her transformation, and the vivid descriptions make you feel as if youโre right there with her, surrounded by the beauty of the Colorado landscape.
Wyatt Hensley, the grumpy head rancher, is a compelling counterpart to Rory. His reluctance to embrace change and his struggle with his own dreams add depth to the narrative. The chemistry between Rory and Wyatt is palpable, and their banter is both humorous and heartfelt. The tension that builds as they work together to turn the ranch into a wellness retreat is engaging, keeping readers invested in their journey.
While the plot follows a familiar romantic arc, the unique setting and the charactersโ personal growth elevate the story. The themes of resilience and the importance of pursuing oneโs dreams resonate throughout the book. However, at times, the pacing felt a bit uneven, particularly in the middle sections, where the story could have benefited from a tighter focus.
Overall, "Live, Ranch, Love" is a charming read that will appeal to fans of contemporary romance. Emma Lucy has crafted a story that is both heartwarming and thought-provoking, making it a worthwhile addition to your reading list. If youโre looking for a book that combines romance with personal growth, this one is definitely worth picking up!

If thereโs one thing about me, is that I will DEVOUR a good cowboy romance! This one hit the spot and was such a good time! Aurora and Wyattโs chemistry was amazing and so steamy! I love a grumpy MMC, so Wyatt was perfection ahaha. Definitely worth the read when this releases!

This was an unexpected arc that landed on my kindle and I am here for it. I adore me a cowboy romance and Emma did a fab job with this debut.
Rory has so much faith in herself and her vision and really she just needs the space of Sunset Ranch to be able to fulfil her own potential.
Wyatt needed Rory to come into his life. He needed her to show him that you can achieve whatever you put your mind too. That being said his unwavering support of Roryโs vision was a joy to read.
The two of them needed to find each other and Sunset Ranch was the perfect setting - I am not over the stable scene.
Overall this was a great debut and I am intrigued with what comes next in the Willow Ridge Series.

There's nothing quite like being back in your Cowboy Romance era and "Live, Ranch, Love" hit the spot.
Wellness influencer, Aurora is fresh off a bad breakup and has inherited her Great Aunt's ranch. Wyatt has been running Sunset Ranch and is not about to lose it to the sunshine British girl who plans to sell it.
The grumpy X sunshine pairing of Aurora and Wyatt worked really well. The initial comedy of Wyatt rolling his eyes at the concept of meditations, affirmations and vision boards turned into sweet and genuine character development. There was also a cast of side characters that I'm sure would make for a great interconnected series. The burn was slow, but when it did burn... ๐ฅ
If you're looking for a Cowboy Romance hit, you're not going to go wrong with this one.
Thanks to Netgalley and HarperCollins UK for an ARC of "Live, Ranch, Love."

I really wanted to love this book but nothing really stuck out in this book. Sure, it was enemies-to-lovers(ish). Sure, it was grumpy x sunshine. Sure, it was a small town romance. But I guess nothing really stood out to me because the entire book felt a tad rushed.
The plot follows Aurora who is a British wellness/health influencer that flies to the US since her dead aunt left her the ranch when she died. Wyatt is the grumpy ranch manager who wants to keep his job and is annoyed the aunt left it to his niece. Aurora is running away from an ex who cheated on her (during her aunt's funeral). Wyatt has his own history of heartbreak. Aurora wants to bring money into the ranch since it's sorta failing at the ranching side of things and so she makes it into a wellness retreat center. It goes on from there.
I wish there was more back and forth banter between Aurora and Wyatt especially on the "enemies" side of things. I didn't feel like they were at each other's throats the way I thought they should've been (especially Wyatt!). And then everything went from zero to sixty in no time at all and they had epiphanies that seemed so quick (but also somewhat mature). But then the "twists" of the third act felt so juvenile and weird with the exes. I don't know. I really wanted to love this book but it fell just a tad short for me.

Wyatt and Rory had some nice chemistry and a little enemies to lovers vibe at the begging. Looking forward to the next instalment.
