There are a lot of angles to this book. Jen and Amy’s mom is a social worker and tells them she needs a break. Meanwhile, Luke shows up because he had a deal with their mom to rent a room. But Luke seems suspicious and then girls are discovering things about him that don’t add up.

Jen gets into a situation at school, which results in her suspension. She is terrified two men from her past have resurfaced. Jens friend, Camilla, may also be affected by these men and she is fearful to lose her son, Mason. So many angles, so many connections one never saw coming. It flowed nicely and I really enjoyed it.
