I was looking for something for businesses on a smaller scale. If I had a call center, I would also have a marketing department to handle branding.

This is a practical, no-nonsense guide for marketers or those looking to build a strong brand in the digital space. The book covers the fundamentals of digital branding along with analytics and performance measurement.

It's digestible, isn't pompous like many advertising/marketing/digital books, and has some really interesting case studies and exercises.

Thanks to Netgalley and the publishers for an advanced copy in exchange for an honest review.
