This is a success, for it does what it says on the tin. It's definitely a 'my first learning through puzzles' book about the subject, so there is a lot of simple colouring-in, joining-the-dots, and other suitably-set puzzles, with a good peppering of little factoids across a spread or two for many of the most famous dinosaurs, and content about fossils, etc. Very much a one-and-done, although with less colouring-in than some other titles in this series, this will occupy several good hours and be a good basis for becoming a fan of the topic. I think the whole set of three are a good four stars each.

A must have for young dinosaur lovers!
Like all National Geographic books, it is loaded with Did you know? Facts which are brilliant to grow your child's knowledge and fascination of dinosaurs.
This book if packed full of mazes, odd one outside and colouring pages and as an educator I was impressed that they included pages on herbivores, carnivores and omnivores which is important for a child to learn and just adds more knowledge to their sponge like brains.

I highly recommend for any dino lover under 6!

This book is great. If your child loves an activity book then I'd definitely recommend this one. The pages are colourful with a did you know fact on each page, there are so many different activities to choose from, word searches, dot to dots, mazes, colouring, spot to difference etc .... This is the dinosaur version but they also have different ones so if your child loves animals or space then there is an activity book for them. Thank you for the opportunity to read and review this book.
