Catherine Bybee does it again! What a great book that I couldn’t put down! The story of a family that finds sometimes all you need is the love and strength that the ones in your life can bring. Even when it seems the world is against you, you can overcome if you stick together

This was the final book in The Heirs trilogy and definitely worth the read. Alex and Hawk's story is full of romance and suspenseful twists and turns. The back and forth dialogue between Alex and Hawk, both of whom were extremely strong willed, was fun to read. Each book in the series revolved around one of the siblings and their story. With a continuation of the story line throughout the series, I definitely recommend reading them in order so that you may get the maximum enjoyment out of them. I would recommend setting aside uninterrupted time to read this book as you won't want to put it down.

4 ½ Stars for Alex and her Viking!

This is the third book in the series and although they are all standalones, I would advise reading them all so you get the whole picture. I loved Alex and Hawk ... the spice between them was hot af. I always love it when a romance has a little bit of mystery and this one had me guessing till the end. Even though Alex and her brothers inherited billions ... they didn't start out that way and kept their down to earth ways. This book started out strong and then got a little slow, but by the end I was on the edge of my seat. I'm sorry this series is over, but I look forward to Ms. Bybee's next book!

Alex and her brothers inherited their estranged father's billion dollar company Stone Enterprises. Even though her brothers have recently found their forever loves, Alex is married to her job and doesn't have time for a relationship. Besides there's no man who would want to go out with someone that is more powerful and richer than they are. When Stone Enterprises is threatened, they hire a company to beef up their security. Hawk has been in the security / protection business all his life, but it feels different when it comes to Alex. He will do anything to keep her safe even if he has to keep her safe from himself.

It was a slow read for me, but I really enjoyed the mysterious side of the story, full of secrets and complex family dynamics. I admired the close bond between the siblings and found myself wishing I had that kind of relationship with mine. And the slow-burn romance? It was driving me crazy in the best way.

Thank you author and montlake via netgalley for this arc. All opinions are my own.

Alexandrea Stone is the CEO of her dead father's company and it's been a challenge ever since she took over the position; a vindictive former step-mother, sexist board members, and now threats to her safety. Enter Hawk Bronson, former government agent and current personal security guard, to keep her safe plus he can't seem to keep his eyes off Alex even if it is necessary for his job.

This is the third and final book in an interconnected series about the Stone siblings. This book can be read as a stand alone but the context of the threats to Alex will make more sense if you've read the previous two books. Catherine Bybee can be a hit or miss, but this series is a hit! A perfect combination of suspense, romance, and humor. While these books don't dive deep into characters and their background, there's enough to make the story engaging and entertaining. Alex dismays at being able to find love as a high powered, independent, and ultra wealthy woman (which is a real point of fact in the dating world) and Hawk is there to prove she shouldn't give up. This book also wraps up several dangling threads from the other books. Overall a satisfying end to a fun series.

I enjoyed this book by Bybee even though I had not read the previous titles in the series. I liked that the female main character was the billionaire instead of a male taking that role. Reading was entertaining, and the writing captivated me until the end. Thanks to NetGalley for the ARC.

No More Yesterdays by Catherine Bybee, published by Montlake, is book 3 in The Heirs Series. Every book in this series while interconnected can easily be read as a stand alone.
This is Alex and Hawk's story.
Alex is a workaholic powerhouse who's loving her family, loves working with her brothers, loves her non-blood family too.
But her romantic life is seriously lacking. And she meets him, the H who's all out of to give. The ex-military, now bodyguard Hawk is just the right fit for her. I loved the bicker and banter, loved meeting characters from previous books, loved this gem of a story that deserves all the stars.

This is a fitting end to this series with a great story about Alex. There is plenty of suspense and enough romance to keep the book moving along and ties up all loose ends. I thought Hawk's character especially well done with his emotional response with PTSD. Overall a wonderful series and would definitely recommend. I received an e-book from NetGalley in return for an unbiased review.

4.5⭐️
This is the 3rd book in the Heirs series. It's all about Alex and her running Stone Enterprises. She doesn't realize her life is in danger until Hawk steps in to rescue her and realizes her dead father may have been a more terrible guy than she originally thought.

I've really enjoyed the entire series! The characters are very likable. There is a very strong family dynamic, romance, and suspense. It's got it all!

Thank you to the publisher and Netgalley for allowing me to read this ARC in an exchange for an honest review.

Catherine Bybee’s *No More Yesterdays* is a thrilling mix of romance, suspense, and emotional growth that grabs your attention right from the start.

The story follows Alex Stone, who steps into the role of CEO at Stone Enterprises after her dad passes away. She’s tough and determined, but being in that high-stakes corporate world also puts her at risk. In comes Hawk Bronson, her ex-military bodyguard—super hot and fiercely protective, yet he also keeps his emotions on lockdown. Their professional relationship quickly turns personal as they navigate their sizzling chemistry.

What really stands out in this book is the emotional depth. Both Alex and Hawk are dealing with some heavy baggage—Alex with her family issues and Hawk with his past trauma. Watching them lower their defenses is just as gripping as the suspenseful plot surrounding the threats to Alex.

Bybee balances the romance and suspense nicely. The mystery behind who’s after Alex keeps the tension high, and the big reveal is both surprising and satisfying.

*No More Yesterdays* isn’t just about romance or danger; it’s about learning to trust and heal. It’s a great read for anyone, whether you’re a Bybee fan or new to her work.

This is a series surrounding three siblings who inherit their distant father’s company and attached fortune. While adjusting to their new normal with billions in the bank, they begin to learn more about their father like how he made some of his fortune and enemies he made along the way.

This story focuses on the billionaire’s only daughter, Alex, who takes on the majority of the work running the business and is quickly met with death threats as a result. Bodyguard, Hawk, is witness to the threats made against her & vows to protect her with his life. They have a slow burn romance while trying to solve the mystery of who is threatening her when she is surrounded by enemies that weren’t of her own making.

I enjoyed the overall plot of this book, but I wish they had fleshed out more of it regarding the mysterious enemy sending threats. I feel like this was on the back burner for a good chunk in the middle of the story. I loved seeing Hawk open up about his PTSD to Alex & her in return finally letting someone help her carry the burden when she is taking on too much.

Thank you NetGalley & Montlake for the ARC :)

A perfect ending to the siblings stories! Alex is so relatable to women even when you take the money out of the equation and she deserves Hawk. Where can I find myself a Hawk!? He was incredible! Will def recommend!

I absolutely loved Alex and Hawk!! Heck, this whole series was fantastic and I'm sad to see it end. Each book captured my attention immediately and I lost sleep so I could read them as fast as I could.

Alex is an awesome heroine. She's strong but stubborn, taking on more than she should. Hawk, a natural protector, was immediately drawn to Alex. The way he protected her even at her most stubborn times, was super hot.

The sparks were flying and I loved reading every minute of this couple's journey.

No More Yesterdays gives us the final chapter in The Heirs trilogy by Catherine Bybee. There is suspense, danger, love, family loyalty, and romance as we read Alex’s and Hawk’s story. Even from the grave, the siblings’ dad still has a hold on their lives. This time, the secrets bring danger along with some unexpected twists and turns. I recommend reading all three books in order to fully appreciate the family and drama surrounding them. Another great read by Catherine Bybee.

I like Catherine bybee’s books. The writing is very nostalgic for me as she was one of the first authors I picked up when I started getting into reading again so my opinion is biased but I really enjoyed this book

No More Yesterdays starts off strong, immediately pulling you in with a suspenseful opening that had me hooked. The tension is palpable from the first few chapters, setting up expectations for a gripping ride. However, the middle portion of the book slows down considerably, with several chapters that felt like they lost the momentum built early on. Thankfully, the pace picks back up toward the end, leading to a satisfying finish.

Even though it’s part of a series, I hadn’t read the earlier books and didn’t feel lost. The author gives just enough background to understand what’s going on without overwhelming you or making you feel like you’re missing something important.

Overall, a solid read with a few pacing issues—worth picking up if you’re in the mood for a story that eventually delivers on its early promise.

Thank you to the publisher and NetGalley for the ARC in exchange for my honest opinion

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💫 wonderful end to the series. Alex is targeted with a series of threats from the very beginning of the book. Hawk just happens to be there for the first threat and rescues her. As the threats continue, Hawk is hired as Alex’s bodyguard and they can’t deny the sparks between them. Hawk has to work through his trauma and trust Alex, and Alex needs to learn that leaning on someone doesn’t make you weak. Especially when the person you lean on is a Viking. 😉

A couple of my favorite scenes were the snowball fight and the car scene where Alex’s situational awareness is at an all time low. Literally LOLed. What I wasn’t crazy about was the different places the threats were coming from. I think one of them (the main villain) would have been enough.

Can’t wait for Catherine to release a new series!

Thanks to Montlake and NetGalley for the ARC.
