‘Your wild, fearless side is my favourite thing about you. You’re beautiful inside and out, Charlie. Never forget that.’
What in the holy smokes steamy level up did Kennedy just bring to the Chat?! I’m still fanning my face from the first kiss and THAT first encounter (IYKYK 😏🌶️🔥🫡🍆)
I adored Beckett, Charlie and Will. Their chemistry was ELECTRIC and had my heart swooning 😍. These boys were definitely waiting for their girl 🩷
I loved the layers to Charlie - she is a sweetheart of an onion, beautiful and unsure, confident and brave, complex and giving.
Beckett and Will are a lethal combo and IM HERE FOR IT. They are a perfect blend of BDE, compassionate, funny and thoughtful.
Kennedy continues to write beautiful nuanced feelings, heartwarming found family and characters mixed with cheeky humour and delicious spice.

This book hooked me and especially enjoyed them knowing each other online and in person. Whilst it is a reverse harem romance, it’s definitely not as spicy as you’d expect (when compared to others in the genre). So this may be a good one to try if it’s a new sub genre for you.
“Statistically speaking, a woman’s sexual arousal heightens by three hundred percent at the sight of gray sweatpants”
Whilst things heated up there was still plenty of character development.
One thing I felt was that as the story was split between the three main characters pov, there were times where we didn’t hear a lot from one characters perspective. I’d imagine this is difficult to achieve when you’re also trying to tell an engaging story.
“I feel like I spend so much time fighting myself. My own nature. I don’t have to do that when I’m with my boys. They get me”
As Charlie continues to question where she fits in and explores the existence of her biological relative and Charlie’s conflict with her sorority were an additional layers that added to the story.
Both Will & Beckette have their own backstory and conflict which is heartbreaking. And there moments that had me giddy, kicking my feet and others that had me teary. And a dinner party is a great place for everyone to air their secrets.
“You’re just as much a part of this family as your brother and sister are. Blood doesn’t make a family - love does”
It also has some cameo’s from previous stars of Kennedy’s other series which should be a nice little treat for fans.
It also has a funny little fanfic embedded into the story that is a nice little running joke (Elizabeth II and Alexander the Great).
Had such a fun time reading this that I didn’t want it to end.
Thanks to NetGalley, the publisher, and the author for an eARC in exchange for my honest review.

I've been an Elle Kennedy reader for many years, I read The Deal when it first came out, so I love that the interconnected series is still going strong!
However, this one wasn't the strongest for me. I admire Elle's venture into something a little different (for both her and the audience), but that wasn't the problem for me. The Charlie Method was my first time reading a MMF book and it was actually quite interesting!
The issue for me was the characters separately. Charlie was absolutely insufferable. She overreacted about everything, mostly things that weren't a big deal at all, and the constant internal monologues of her stressing were resolved at the very end with a few lines, and I was exhausted by then. I grew so tired of her.
It also took her so long to actually date these guys and, again, constant internal monologuing. I mean, we all know what's going to happen so why drag it out for chapters upon chapters? I was fed up with her midway through the book!
Harrison was a strange addition as well, not sure how I feel about him (especially his outburst).
Will didn't interest me either, he was a little bland, and I didn't have much interest in his dad's political story. I ended up skimming those.
Beckett carried this book. His personality shone through and he was a joy to read about! I wish he had his own book because he'd own that.
And, although Blake wasn't the protagonist, she really stood out in this too and had a good page presence. Hopefully she gets a book too!
The book was also too long for what it was, it needs cutting down. It dragged the pacing and caused it to lose momentum.
Additionally, some parts felt a bit random because they didn't lead to anywhere? (i.e. the race car driving bits which disappeared in the last third of the book. We're they necessary?)
However, it was great to be reunited with characters from previous books and see how they're getting on, the updates are always lovely!
I'll still continue to read Elle's books, even if this one didn't hit the mark for me, and continue to visit Briar U when I can.

SHES DONE IT AGAIN! Elle Kennedy laces her books with crack because I just cannot get enough! The Charlie Method was the perfect ending to the Campus Diaries series! I absolutely loved Beckett and Will in The Graham Effect and The Dixon Rule and had so many hopes for them! Well…. I was not disappointed!
Even though Charlie was a brand new character and not in previous books I was very quickly invested in her story and growth throughout the book! Love a FMC with two sides.
This book was also SOOOOO HOT 🔥🥵

Thank you to netgalley and the publisher for an arc of this book.
I really wanted to love this but unfortunately it was a miss for me. This book felt like it was 200 pages too long and as I got to the 35% mark I felt like absolutely nothing had happened.
I am a huge fan of the first two books in the series and was really excited for Will and Bennett’s book but this wasn’t quite what I was expecting and unfortunately I did not enjoy it.

4🌟
I always enjoy Elle Kennedy's books and this was no different! Reasonably lighthearted to start with before becoming more emotionally deep as the characters really begin to develop and open up.
A very spicy read with M/F/M as the main trio of this rom com. Really enjoyed the plot line and how it came about, and how it delved into a number of deeper, more intricate themes.

Is this a perfect book? No. But how can I give anything with Queen Elizabeth I x Alexander the Great fanfiction interspersed between the chapters anything but 5 stars. I think three-way-split POV is incredibly hard to achieve without some pacing issues or character inconsistencies, especially when two of the characters were already established so props to Elle Kennedy for pulling it off with only a couple of pacing issues as it wrapped up. Genuinely bought into their personal struggles, even though Charlie was definately the star of the show. I normally prefer books where everyone is in a romantic relationship together rather the one girl, two boyfriends model; but Elle has other books for that and I totally get why she went in this direction for these characters. As always, love the series, excited to see what's next

I think this is my favourite one yet!
Book 3 in the campus diary’s series but book 12 overall.
Although Charlie is a new to us character she does end up being friends with Gigi, Diana and BLAKE LOGAN (next book?!?)
I was so intrigued about Will and Beckett after the Dixon rules and this just really did not disappoint! This is possibly Elle’s spiciest book 🌶️🌶️🌶️ M/F/M
We also go DAD CHAT!
I am so excited to see where Elle goes with this series I really need more of the parents and more of their lives now.
I say it all the time but I am not a massive spice fan but Elle writes it well enough that it doesn’t make me uncomfortable and the spicy scenes don’t go on for too long.

Release Date - 25th February 2025

I have really enjoyed being back in the Off Campus/Briar U universe and have enjoyed all the books in this spin off series. The Charlie Method follows Charlie as she embarks on a relationship with Will and Beckett who are part of the friendship group we meet in the previous two books. Whilst this book is not my favourite of the series it was a fun and entertaining read. There are some more serious moments interspersed with plenty of spice and banter between the characters which keeps it feeling light-hearted.
I really enjoy Elle Kennedy's writing style and loved the addition of the cameos from previous books and series. I am really hoping this is not the end of the universe as I would love to read Blake's story!

Absolutely loved being back in this universe.
Charlie is a people pleaser. She comes to the realisation that she plays certain roles with various people in her life and molds her personality to fit the situation. So sometimes she's got her Charlotte persona on and other times she's got her Charlie personality coming out. She ends up connecting with 2 guys on a dating website and has some hot and heavy chat exchanges 🥵
Will is super sweet and Beckett is all charm with a bit of playboy tendencies. Honestly these 3 together were just perfection.
This book has a mix of lighthearted, funny moments but also some deeper, emotional topics covered. It's a spicy mfm romance and I absolutely love the trust they all gained with each other, even after previous heartbreak.
If Elle Kennedy writes it, I'll always be reading it! Perfect ending to the Campus Diaries trilogy.

*♡Thank you to to Elle Kennedy, Little, Brown Books and Netgalley for the ARC of this book in exchange for my honest opinion♡*
4.5⭐
Wow. Just wow! I have been looking forward to Will and Beckett's story and I was not disappointed!! This was an extremely hot, yet emotional journey and the best in the Campus Diaries series so far.
The way the trio falls for each other is so organic, and getting to read the story from all three points of view really helped to get inside their heads to see how they all dealt with this unique situation and their own struggles in their own way.
This.is the spiciest Briar U book to date, and I loved every single minute of it!!
Bonus points for there being NO third act break up 😬🩶

Being so totally honest, I went into this not having read the off-campus series, not out of dislike for the genre, just I never seemed to get round to it! So I was super intrigued when I saw this next generation series, and immediately wanted to know what the hype was about.
I loved Charlie so deeply, she was funny, strong and just everything I loved about an FMC. I loved that she was a fellow STEM student and her naughty side using the apps to connect with like-minded strangers (who aren't strangers for long!!) was intriguing. Speaking of, this was my first real dive into poly relationships and threesomes etc so I din't really know what to expect or if it was for me, but turns off it Elle Kennedy writes it, it very much is!
Finally, Will and Beckett were such fun MMCs that also had a serious and caring side that came out around Charlie and each other that was so nice to see, I liked that all three characters, they felt fleshed out and had real problems, it wasn't just two 'main' characters and a third cardboard cutout for fun.

I want to start by saying that I love Elle Kennedy and The Off Campus Series has been a set of books that I have read and reread multiple times. Elle Kennedy is a very talented writer and she's created such a great set of interwoven stories over the years.
Unfortunately, this was not the book for me. I'm aware that I'm lucky to have had the opportunity to read the book early and given that I'm an early reader my rating will hold more sway so I'll simply say that I found the FMC to be awful and self absorbed, there are underdeveloped side characters that seemingly just completely disappear halfway through, the references to the OG Off Campus series are a bit tired and I think the overall relationship between our three main characters was largely unexplored despite being the centre of the story.
Maybe I'm in the minority here and everyone else will love it and I'll have egg on my face, but as it stands, I personally hoped for more. (Certainly not in terms of page count, that was arguably a bit much).
I think my honest rating would be two stars but I'll give it three for our girl EK

I love anything by Ellle Kennedy and this book was amazing. I was absolutely expecting some good spice but holy moly the spice was spicin’ and in the best way. I loved Charlie, Will, and Beckett’s story. I felt like this was such a different book from her other ones but Elle seamlessly integrated all POV’s with no confusion. If you love Elle’s writing and stories you will for sure fall in love with this story.
Thank you so much to NetGalley and Little Brown Book Group UK for the eARC.

the Charlie method completely exceeded mu expectations! I knew going into this book that I was going to fall in love with will and Beckett... but Charlie Kingston? it was like looking into a mirror, and she's one of my new favourite FMCs ever. I was pleasantly surprised by how much of a theme identify was in this book. I loved how all three characters has emotional depth as well as individual problems/subplots. will, Beckett, and charlies POVs all felt unique and distinct from one another. I honestly "forgot" that this was a hockey book- it felt like senior year, crossroads, "how can a person know everything at 18 but nothing at 22" type of book. I think all of the pathological people pleasers will seem themselves in Charlie. her coming to the realisation that she plays certain roles with various people in her life and molds her personality to fit the situation at hand in order to keep the peace was too relatable. I lied how that theme was reflected in both will and Becketts character arcs as well. and I think charlies outlooks on adoption and her fears were spot on. on a lighter note I loved how the author sprinkled in humour, in what is probably one of her more emotional books. I couldn't stop laughing every time mike hollis entered the room. and the references to the off campus and briar u men... I love this universe so much. I really need a Blake Logan book now. but the Charlie method was amazing. definitely my favourite in the campus series.

This was my first venture into MFM romance, and even before picking it up, I had a feeling I’d enjoy this category. I’m definitely excited to explore more books like this in the future!
That said, it’s hard to pinpoint exactly what worked and what didn’t for me. There were moments between Charlie, Will, and Beckett that I really liked, but overall, their relationship lacked depth. It often felt more like impulsive teenage attraction rather than a well-developed connection. The elements that usually make these relationships exciting—tension, anticipation, and emotional buildup—were missing.
Beyond the romance, I struggled to stay engaged with the rest of the story. The adoption drama, family dynamics, and even the fan-fiction subplot didn’t hold my interest.
In the end, this wasn’t quite what I expected.
Thank you Little, Brown Book Group UK for the ARC.

This was my first time reading a MFM romance, and I absolutely loved it! Elle has a way of crafting characters that you can’t help but fall in love with, relate to, and desperately want to be a part of their world. That’s exactly what happened when I started reading this book!
Charlie, Will, and Beckett—these three characters are so well-developed. Charlie’s journey feels raw and deeply relatable, while Will and Larsen set the bar impossibly high for fictional boyfriends. Going into this, I didn’t know what to expect or how their dynamic would make sense, but Elle wrote such a beautiful story that made it clear: yes, they absolutely belong together.
And can we take a moment to talk about the spice? WOW. It was HOT. Like, toe-curling, heart-racing, fan-yourself kind of hot. My kinkier side was very happy.
The little moments we got with the OG gang, the dad chat, and the effortless humor Elle weaves into her stories made everything even better. I don’t want to leave this universe—I need more. I can’t get enough of her books. Every single one makes me want to be part of their campus life, just a fly on the wall watching it all unfold.
I devoured this book in less than 24 hours. I was addicted. And that first kiss? EPIC.
Huge thanks to The Little Brown Group for the ARC—I’m beyond grateful. This book needs to be on your TBR!

thank you so much to Elle Kennedy & Little, Brown Book Group for the ARC. 🩷
I can’t believe ‘the campus diaries’ are over! My heart hurts now that I’m finished the final book. 🥲
I loved this book so much, I’ve come out of this book adoring Beckett even more than I did in previous books. I think Charlie was the perfect FMC for Will & Beckett, she fit in with them so well and it did feel really natural between the three of them. I do wish we had a little more of Will & Becketts own page time/conversations though, just to get a feel of what they actually felt for each other.
I really enjoyed that each character had their own plot, it’s mainly focused on Charlie’s plot but there is also two background/side plots for each of the boys which was really nice to get them know them better!
The pacing of this book was immaculate and the whole book felt so raw. The conflicting feelings that each character was feeling was written so so well, I loved that all of their inner thoughts weren’t the same and that they all struggled with different parts of this new relationship and growing together.
Elle Kennedy done such a good job on the equality in this book, I never once felt like one boy had more time with charlie or a stronger connection, I truly loved that she felt that both boys gave her different things. Will grounded her, whilst Beckett would push her to go higher and grow.
The side characters!!!! Reading ‘the dad chat’ made me SO happy, it always feels so nostalgic to read the original off campus + BriarU characters as oldies 🥲❤️🩹I love them so much.
Blake’s cameos were AMAZING. The little crumbs left for her & Issac had me on the edge of my seat, i am so excited for what’s to come and for Blake’s book!
Beckett & his dad’s relationship felt so special to read, they really were best friends and you could see so many similarities in them! I also loved Charlottes family & support bubble. The scene nearing the end where everyone started blurting their confessions had me laughing so much, it was like a cannon 😭.
My favourite character in this book was definitely Beckett, the way he’d had all that bottled up HURT to read.
Overall, I really enjoyed this book, and honestly now want to cry my eyes out that ‘the campus diaries’ is over?! That ending had the most bittersweet feeling. ♥️

I’ve only read a few books by Elle Kennedy in the past but I really enjoyed them and thought that this one sounded so different to all the others that I just had to read it!
I wasn’t disappointed at all, flew through it in less that 2 days and was absolutely hooked by the fact that the fmc ended up with BOTH GUYS!!!
I seriously loved the different dynamics between all of the characters and how they didn’t play into their stereotypes at all either.
Did I get the two hockey players confused at the beginning of the book? Yes all the time but that’s just when they were coming off as dumb jock bros
Charlie was such an interesting character, and it’s been such a long time since I felt like I read about such a well rounded and deep character in a romance book. She isn’t just a statistic for adoptions, a high achieving STEM student or sorority girl. There was so much that was slowly revealed about her character that by the end of the book it really felt like I knew every thing about her and actually KNEW her.
The amount of times that she had me nearly crying was insane too. She goes through a million and one problems so buckle up for that ride
I was also SO FREAKING INTO how close both mmc’s are! Beckett and Will have my whole heart, and I especially loved the fact that it was established right at the start of the book that they were into, and frequently did share with each other (if ya know what I mean) it just meant that there was no confusion or awkward moments BECAUSE THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WANTED RIGHT FROM THE START OK
I think that this wasn’t just 100% a romance book either, yes everyone gets their happy ending, there’s lots of romance and intimate moments, but there is just so much more that happens throughout the book to each of the characters.
There were so many moments where Charlie is coming to terms with who she Is and who she wants to be, Beckett is trying to get over/run away from his past, and Will is trying to get away from the shadow of his family.
It was phenomenally well played out.
I honestly don’t think I will know peace until I can reread this and get my hands on a physical copy of the book, and obviously reread it.
This is also without a doubt my favourite book from the author because it just felt so much more real and believable for some reason??? Obviously having two boyfriends isn’t overly believable, but I think it was how much depth the characters had that made it feel like they were actually real people instead of characters?

As a huge Elle Kennedy fan, I was really excited for her to explore the dynamics of a M/F/M relationship.
Our FMC, Charlotte, is a high achieving senior who's been living a double life. She's a STEM student in biomedical engineering and the adopted daughter of an overachiever family; however, she's also a race car driving adrenaline junkie with a tendency for scandalous secret hookups that would have her uptight sorority sisters clasping at their pearls.
I really enjoyed exploring a 'non-traditional' relationship however, I would have liked the opportunity to delve further into the nature of Will and Beckett's connection. It's constantly hinted that the boys could possibly see themselves being intimate with one another if the situation presented itself, but we're kind of left hanging. Therefore, the sex scenes felt relatively tame and repetitive, although the dirty talk was definitely on point.
Charlotte is a Korean American who was adopted and this drives her need to be 'perfect' in both her personal and academic life. She puts a lot of pressure on herself and is constantly worried about the perception of others. Whilst trying to navigate the logistics of her relationship with the boys, she also learns she has a biological brother. This was a really difficult subject to broach, but I feel like Kennedy handled this emotional topic very sensitively.
I absolutely adored the throwback to the legacy dads (I'm obsessed with Coach Hollis) and I really enjoyed the addition of Blake and Issac. Despite this, as a self-proclaimed obsessive fan of the Briar U universe, this book felt slightly disconnected from the rest of the series. I definitely would have appreciated more locker room banter and team shenanigans and less parental drama.
The ending felt rushed and the third-act breakup came out of absolutely nowhere. It also didn't have any impact on their relationship whatsoever despite the time jump. I'm a girl who requires a significant amount of grovelling so the ending left me feeling a little unsatisfied.
