Where Snowbirds Play follows recent Oxford graduate Philip as he leads a marine life institute in Palm Beach, unwittingly stirring up old rivalries among the wealthy residents. As his pursuit of atonement for his father's past sins intertwines with a looming insider trading scandal, Philip finds himself caught in the web of the privileged elite. The novel paints a vivid picture of wealth, secrets, and the consequences of past actions.

There were parts of this book that I absolutely loved! I loved the setting in Florida and I loved the story between Hannah/Jesse and Phillip. I also loved the Big Three. They were interesting and I was invested.
Sometimes I had to flip back a few pages to see if I missed something or needed to reread. I’m not sure that was because of my own comprehension or the writing.
Overall I did enjoy the book.

An excellent read for any and all readers! Author comes at you with both barrels and knocks you out of your shoes! Great job fleshing out all the characters. I give this book FIVE stars! Definitely recommend!

This is not typically the kind of book I read but it was captivating nonetheless. It tells the story of privilege with characters you are interested in from the start.
