This book is a very quick extra to have with your coffee in the morning when you don't have time for a full devotion. Its seems to be quick advice based on scripture. It does give you an option to go online for more information. But if you're jn a rush and you need that reminder for who you are and God's expectations, or need a little extra help when you get frustrated, This is great.
