A seemingly perfect life and lots of secrets. This was a page turner until the end! I couldn't even figure out who I was rooting for, who I liked. Every chapter brought new information that would leave me in limbo. Good story!

Whew those were some intense secrets revealed at the end of this story and I can’t wait for Book 2! Linley and Dorian appear to have it all, and appear to have the perfect marriage. In reality, there are some deeply rooted issues in this marriage and most days it feels like a business arrangement instead of true love.. when Linley hires Ana is their new maid, she begins to suspect there’s something going on between Dorian & Ana. When truths are revealed, life as they know it will forever be changed. Some of these secrets I did not see coming!
I enjoyed the alternating POVs from Linley & Ana. Overall a solid read that I would recommend for fans of domestic suspense stories. Thank you Victory Editing and NetGalley for this reader copy. All opinions are my own.

Kept me on my toes the whole time! It reminded me of Freida McFadden at times. The ending was a little predictable and the characters were sometimes a little hard to relate to, but I still enjoyed it. It was interesting to see how both the wife and the maid struggled with similar things in their lives despite their lives being so completely different.

The Wife's New Maid by Amora Sway is a twisty domestic suspense about wealth and happiness, or lack of it. This book will touch on topics like racism, desire, keeping up appearances and loyalty to parents. Some parts are heart-braking and unfair, some parts just make you want to scream.
We get some thriller elements at the end but it didn't feel like a thriller.
It was so easy to read and so easy to follow the storyline that is mostly presented in present with some flashbacks from the past. To be honest, I really loved the main character Linley. She felt kind and unique, she would be a fantastic best friend!
Linley's life looks perfect from the outside but is cold and lonely from the inside. She is married to handsome, wealthy Dorian who unfortunitelly needs a wife that looks good, is well educated and knows how to be a perfect wife.
Ana comes from a different world. A world of unfairness and violence.
When Linley needs a maid, Ana feels like a perfect match. For some time Ana feels this is her lucky escape. Soon she realises this is her perfect nightmare.
That cover is stunning!

The Wife’s New Maid starts strong, with plenty of secrets and tension, but doesn’t quite stick the landing. Ana, the maid, is at the center of it all, yet her ending feels rushed and unclear. While a lot technically happens, it often feels like the story is spinning its wheels—busy, but not moving. Add in the repetitive phrasing, and it ends up being more style than substance. Entertaining, but not as satisfying as it could be.

Everyone has there own agenda in this book. And I was tossing back and forth questioning them, myself the chapters on who was good or bad if any! It was fast paced then tension paced and I was hooked. The whole arc of the characters and trying to figure out who was doing what and for why was brilliant. I loved being in the middle of it all. Noone especially acts morally great in this. But people often do crazy things when pushed into corners so at first I wanted to see if anyone might have some extenuating circumstances. Buuut let just said they didn't help themselves on that front.

A domestic thriller that will keep you turning the pages. Linley is working a job she detests and when she meets Dorian Gunn, she thinks all her dreams have come true. She is captivated by him; he is beyond wealthy and extremely good looking and soon they are married. But Dorian has secrets and soon the girl who was madly in love is trapped in a loveless marriage, however she is completely besotted with their gardener. Due to a prenup Linley had to sign she needs to produce children by their four-year anniversary if she wants more than two million dollars to walk away. Thanks to one of Dorian’s buddies her parents, who were also wealthy, are now on the verge of bankruptcy and Linley is trying to bail them out. And then there is the new maid, a stunning woman whom Dorian seems to be infatuated with, and the maid has her own agenda as well. Everyone is hiding something; you will question who you can trust and find yourself turning the pages quickly as you get wrapped up in these people’s lives. An entertaining read where you think you know where the story is going but you will be wrong. Recommended.
Thank you to Netgalley and the publisher for an advanced copy of the book, all opinions expressed are my own.

I could not put this book down! I loved it so much. If you like Freda McFadden you will love this book.

I actually found this one to a bit too predictable, but still very enjoyable. As soon as the money was mentioned and the contract I had figured out that the enw maid would be would be related to the stolen money story line.

The Wife's New Maid by Amora Sway is a tantalizing and twist-filled psychological thriller that explores the dark undercurrents of a seemingly perfect life. The story follows Linley, a woman who once thought she had it all—a wealthy, handsome husband, a beautiful home, and an elite lifestyle. However, as her marriage to Dorian Gunn crumbles under the weight of unspoken resentment and an unyielding prenup, Linley’s world begins to unravel.
The arrival of a beautiful and ambitious new maid adds further fuel to the fire. This young woman, desperate to escape a violent past, sees Linley’s husband as her ticket to freedom—and she’s willing to do whatever it takes to claim him. As the tension rises within the household, Linley finds herself drawn to the enigmatic gardener, who harbors secrets of his own. The story quickly spirals into a web of betrayal, secrets, and dangerous desire.
Amora Sway crafts an intensely dramatic narrative where nothing is as it seems. The characters are complex, morally ambiguous, and utterly captivating, making it hard to predict who will come out unscathed when the truth is revealed. The novel is full of twists that keep the reader guessing until the very end, making it a compelling read for fans of suspenseful thrillers.
With its blend of betrayal, lust, and dark secrets, The Wife's New Maid will hook you from the first page and never let go. It’s a must-read for those who love stories that delve into the darker side of relationships, secrets, and the consequences of desires gone awry.

Wow! Of course I thought the plot was the easy answer, and of course I was gonna be wrong, so I was along for the ride. And WHAT. A. RIDE! I was sucked in the whole time and I would’ve binge read it in a day if I could have! Now I need a sequel, please and thank you.

Linleys life with Dorian is not as good as it used to be and when Ana enters the house it doesn't get any better.
This book is a good read. Linley and Dorian have a glamourous lifestyle, but they also have a prenup which makes it hard for Linley to leave when things go sour..
Ana has issues of her own and when the three worlds collide things get dark and dirty.
This is filled with suspense and is a thrilling read. I love a dramatic thriller and this gives it all to a reader.

Let me just say this is a true page turner !!! I loved this book it was so good my reading slump was bad but this book pulled me right out !!! It grabbed me on the first page and I didn’t stop reading it in 24 hours or less

What a brilliant book I can't wait for the follow up I hope you write . This was a real page turner I couldn't put it down. Well worth a read

A real page turner … Linley is swept off her feet by rich handsome Dorian but life isn’t the fairytale she expected. On the surface to their friends life seems great but behind closed doors the marriage is toxic and a very much wanted baby doesn’t happen in the loveless marriage … enter Ana the new maid that Dorian takes a shine to and the story takes a different turn . A great read and a follow up focusing other characters is mentioned which I look forward to

This book's pace was great, with just the right amount of twists to keep me engaged. I thoroughly enjoyed this story, and this was my first read from this author, but I am very interested in more of their work.

The writing is taut and full of suspense, while the characters are enigmatic, relentless, and resolute.
So riveting... I couldn’t turn the pages fast enough.
