Elvey's emphasis on "choices that are deeply and profoundly right for you" acknowledges that authentic living often requires going against societal expectations. Her varied background in business, coaching, and spirituality suggests she understands both practical and transcendent aspects of personal growth.
The reframing of risk as "golden opportunity" rather than something to avoid could be transformative for readers paralyzed by fear of making wrong choices. Too often, people stay stuck because they're afraid of judgment or failure, but Elvey seems to argue that the real risk is never discovering who you truly are.

Interesting to read about the author's experience of awareness. I don't think I read anything new here, but what I did read has consolidated what I have already read on the subject of awareness.
