What a great cookbook! Life is so busy and trying to maintain a specific food style of eating is diffcult while trying to juggle everything else. I really enjoyed making the lemon garlic chicken especially as it was quick, easy, healthy and most importantly, delicious!

I gave this book 4 stars, mainly for the number of recipes (there are many) and that they have easy to follow clear instructions and sound quick to prepare (although I am a little sceptical that they could all be cooked in 15 minutes...)
I'm sure this will be a useful cookbook, especially for beginners or people looking for quick ideas.
The recipes include a lot of salads / soups / snack suggestions. Some of the recipes seem to be short lists of ingredients to combine rather than "recipes" but they are be helpful suggestions of how to combine ingredients which people might not be completely familiar with, and I think would be appreciated by people trying to eat more mediterranean style recipes or include more vegetables in their diet.
The photos look colourful and appetising. Nutritional information is included, which is helpful. There are also some suggested meal plans and shopping lists also included.
Recipes use “cups” with no weight equivalents but I don’t think this is much of a problem as the amounts of ingredients are probably not crucial (except for the baking recipes) and there is a guide to conversion between measurements at the end.

I think that this is a good beginners book, but a lot of it just seems to be the same recipes with varied proteins. I’d like more variety!

The 15-minute Mediterranean diet cookbook for beginners: 150 fast, fresh and flavorful recipes is an easy to use cookbook.
I like that it breaks the recipes into breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. At the back it also breaks down the ingredients you will need each week for 4 weeks and meal plan, which is super handy for grocery shopping. It also contains a substitution guide in case you are not a fan of something in the revipie. Each recipe also give a calorie count and breakdown of nutritional information, so you can stay on track with all your nutritional needs.
I found most of the recipes super simple and easy to put together. I will say most of the recipes have similar ingredients which is good for grocery shopping but can get a bit boring over time.
Thank you Yolanda Blake for partnering with NetGalley. I received an advanced reader copy of this book in exchange for my honest opinion and review.

Mostly salads, soup, dips and stuff on toast, looks super healthy. I highly doubt the muffins and cakes and be cooked in 10min.

A really good cookbook with a huge amount of recipes! I liked the fact that lots of recipes had similar ingredients, following the Mediterranean style of cooking, so it's easy to shop for the week!
There are so many different ideas and I liked elements in all the different sections of the book.

When I don't know what to cook this is where I start!
I love the Mediterranean diet but every so often you run out of ideas or get in a rut. This book solves that problem! The recipes are fun, easy to follow and delicious. If you're curious about the Mediterranean diet, or have been following it for a while, you will find something for you in this book!

I absolutely loved this cookbook. Even if you aren’t using the “diet” portion of this book, it’s an amazing cookbook. Super flavorful recipes that just happen to be quick, easy and healthy. Easily accessible ingredients (even in a small town- minus the grape leaves) well written instructions. And beautiful pictures. The 4 week meal plan is a wonderful added bonus. The author also includes shopping lists for each week.

I have looked many Mediterranean cookbooks due my cardiologist saying I needed to go on the Mediterranean diet.
Most of those recipe books are pictureless. I love pictures. I want to see what I am going to make. I found this one very helpful and just what I was looking for. I have ordered a copy for our library and for myself.
Thank you NetGalley for offering cookbooks. This one is a keeper!

I have favored healthy eating plans for some time, but I have had an increased interest in the Mediterranean Diet recently. This book has been an amazing guide and tool to truly get started and immerse myself into this style of eating! I love that all meals are included in addition to snacks, sides, soups, and salads, even desserts with plenty of options and great pictures included. I do appreciate that nutritional information is included as well. These recipes are simple and easy to follow, just as it said they would be. Additional bonus is the Meal Plan (4 weeks) and shopping plan, again, making it easy!!
I received a complimentary copy from the publisher via NetGalley all opinions expressed are solely my own, freely given.

This is a fantastic cookbook. The recipes for the most part are super simple but that’s what makes this a great cookbook for beginners. A wonderful introduction to the Mediterranean Diet!

This was a great and easy introduction in to the Mediterranean diet. 3.5 ⭐'s
The concept of easy 15 minute meals is genious! Who wants to get home after a long day and send an hour cooking when they're already hungry? Yolanda also includes a small summary of what the Mediterranean diet entails as well as many health benefits.
The book includes breakfast, lunch, dinner and appetizer recipes. Side note if you are someone who does not eat dairy, you may have to substitute a lot of these ingredients or this may just not be for you. The majority of the meals include some kind of dairy, like greek yogurt and feta cheese as a form of quick protein, which is great if your body can tolerate dairy. Some of the recipes did seem a little repetitive, but honestly there is just so many ways to make a quick and healthy meal.
I do have to say most of the recipes included a photograph of the end product, however some did not match up with the recipe/ingredients itself. She also includes an easy to follow 4 week meal schedule as well as the weekly shopping list, which was a nice added bonus

I really liked this cookbook. Lots of variety of quick healthy meals. Easy to make and full of flavour. I looks forward to trying most of the recipes in this cookbook.

The 15-Minutes Mediterranean Diet Cookbook for Beginners is just what it is says it is! I am not a professional chef or even a strong amateur but the recipes worked! This is a great cookbook for those looking to make some easy, healthy meals. If you want an introduction into the Mediterranean Diet, this is a great book to start with. I love the pictures in the book because I need to see what my endgame is, and so that helped a lot.
Thank you to NetGalley and the publishers for a digital ARC copy of this book. Receiving the copy did not impact my review. My review is based off some of the recipes I made like the Egg Salad Lettuce wraps that used Greek yogurt instead of Mayo. I really liked that because I do not like mayo, but like egg salad. This is a tasty and healthier way to get the flavor I wanted. There are many affordable and quick recipes that can be made from the recipes in this book.

I had been looking for more sustainable diets other than keto that offered heart healthy, flavorful options. This cookbook is full of choices that even satisfy my picky eater children! Excited to continue trying more recipes!

I really liked this cookbook! I had been looking for an easy Mediterranean cookbook and The 15-Minute Mediterranean Diet Cookbook for Beginners was exactly what I was looking for! I like the variety of recipes, the ease of the recipes, and the simple way the recipes are organized in the book. I plan on returning to this cookbook many times over the course of the summer. I'm so happy with this book :) Many thanks to NetGalley & Victory Editing NetGalley Co-op for the opportunity to read this eArc in exchange for my review.

I loved this Mediterranean cook book. There are some very interesting recipes. I already tried 3 which were loved by all the family!

This cookbook is a solid option for anyone looking to dip their toes into Mediterranean cooking without committing a ton of time. The layout and explanations are clear, but not all the recipes felt super helpful.
Some dishes, like the veggie tray, felt a little too basic—like something I could’ve figured out without a recipe. That said, there were several others that were genuinely useful, flavorful, and easy to put together when I needed something quick.
The pictures were definitely a highlight—they looked vibrant and made me want to try more recipes. I also appreciated the meal plan and nutritional breakdowns, which added structure and made it easier to stay on track.
Not every recipe was a hit, but there’s enough here to make it worth flipping through when you need fast, healthy inspiration.

I love this cookbook! I have tried several recipes and they all have been delicious and easy and quick to prepare. The recipes have picture, which is very important to me. The ingredients are not difficult to find and they are healthy. Each recipe even has nutrition information.

As one who has flirted with a Mediterranean diet I found this quite informative and useful. I will employ numerous recipes and tactics from this book as I work at shifting my diet over the coming summer.
