The book is thoughtfully structured. The format is more or less thematic, followed by a breakdown of topics along with some practical (and some not so practical) advice and step-by-step. While there’s some value in this, I didn’t find the book to be generally too informative or too valuable. The guidance is often easier said than done and the “just do it” is often unhelpful.
