I have no prior experience with cozy fantasy and fantasy romance books, because I've avoided them most of my life, but this looked so enticing (I mean, look at that beautiful cover) and I'm trying to broaden my horizons, so here we are.

I love the concept of fae, even though I have no idea what exactly they are and never bothered to check that. It's just an awesome word, every version of it. I'm pleased to report that I have not been let down by the fae in this book.

What could I say? I enjoyed getting to know a certain old fae with a wild wind and a half-fae girlie finding her place, doing what she's always wanted. It was wholesome, sweet, a bit spicy, and everything else it promised to be. I'm very pleased.

Honestly, I half-expected it to be boring, but it really wasn't. I loved all the plot points, and it provided me with a much-needed feeling of peace and calm, while also letting me follow an interesting storyline.
