Save a horse, ride a….
Well hello new book boyfriend Cole! I honestly devoured this book within a few days and loved it. I really think this book (and series I hope 😉) will be the talk of the town when it’s released!
What’s great about it, is that it actually has a lot of plot behind it and not just the romance. If you’re not into super spicy books then this will be perfect. It does have some spicy scenes (just as a warning) but not over the top (in my opinion) which is refreshing!
Cole is a gentleman through and through but my god does he have a mouth on him at times 🥵
And our British Beauty Lottie steals all the attention from the get go! Think romance, slow burn (with the right amount of tension), forced proximity, jealousy (but we love to see it) and found family tropes.
Cannot wait to continue the series and the teaser for the next book… well you’ll just have to read that one for yourself🥵👀

First of all thank you for approving my request!
I thoroughly enjoyed this book! The authors writing style had me hooked throughout this book.
I didn't want it to end, a book I really couldn't put down.

Thank you NetGalley, Pan MacMillan and Gemma Morr for the ARC of Untamed Heart in a form of an e-book.
If you enjoyed Lyla Sage & Elsie Silver books, then this book is certainly for you! 🤠
I read this book in less than 48 hours and my only wish was for it to be a bit longer! It’s an easy read that will help you relax and forget about the world around you.
What’s different in Untamed Heart, compared to other cowboy romance books I read, is only one POV. We follow our FMC Lottie, who needs a break from London and escapes to her family’s ranch in Wyoming.
I enjoyed the writing style and I was immersed in the story from the 1st chapter. There is a good level of spice but nothing too overwhelming. The main gang that we meet is absolutely loveable and I hope we get to read their stories too 🤞🏼
It’s a must read for all cowboy romance lovers out there!

What an absolutely stunning slow-burn cowboy romance that had me grinning from start to finish! Getting to experience everything through Lottie's eyes was such a treat, and that bonus Cole POV at the end? *Chef's kiss* This book knows exactly what it is—pure comfort reading about second chances, swoon-worthy romance, and finding your tribe—and it delivers every single time. I'm already sitting here counting down the days until we get Hestia's story!
So basically Lottie's living what she thinks is her dream life in London—fancy job, banker boyfriend, the whole nine yards. Then BAM! Life serves her a double whammy of getting fired AND catching said boyfriend in a very compromising position. Her brilliant solution? Jump on the first plane to Wyoming and her family's ranch because, hey, why not completely flip your life upside down, right?
Then enters Cole Miller—total heartthrob ex-rodeo star who is NOT here for some city girl trying to play dress-up cowgirl at Diamond Back ranch. Never mind that whole steamy situation when she first rolled into Jackson Hole (we're not talking about that, apparently either). But here's the thing: as Lottie trades her power suits for actual boots and jeans, she starts realizing she might just have some serious country girl vibes hiding under all that London polish. And when some rival ranch decides to stir up trouble? Oh, it's ON. Lottie's ready to prove she's not just visiting—she's here to stay and fight for what matters, especially if it means showing Cole (and herself) she's got serious ranch cred.
If you're obsessed with Elsie Silver, Devney Perry, or B.K. Borison, you're going to absolutely devour Untamed Heart. It's got all the slow-burn tension, sizzling chemistry, hilarious banter, and epic romantic payoff you could want, all set against those gorgeous Rocky Mountain vibes.

After a few too many things go wrong for our FMC Lottie, she hops on a plane from London to visit her family ranch in Wyoming. There she spends time getting to know herself, helping her cousin and, of course, falling in love. But, as we all know, things are rarely that smooth.
I really liked the premise of this book, and though a lot of the characters were fantastic. Something in the pacing and use of side plots jarred with me a little bit, stopping it from being a four or five star read.
It’s been beautifully set up for a follow-up though.
Thank you NetGalley and Pan MacMillan for the ARC.

Untamed Heart follows Lottie, who is made redundant and cheated on within in the space of a few days, so escapes to Diamond Back Ranch in Wyoming where she used to holiday as a child to visit her cousin. While she’s there she reconnects with with her family, learns to find her purpose away from her corporate job and of course falls for a hot cowboy.
The setting, characters and found family here were all wonderful. The ranch and all of the rodeo, camping, swimming and riding moments gave the story a very cosy and relaxing summery vibe. I really liked both Lottie and Cole and I’d love to see more from Lil, Jesse, Hestia and Bailey so hopefully there are more books planned in this universe.
Something I rarely say about a book but that definitely applies here is that I wanted it to be longer. I think all the relationships and plot lines, especially the conflict with a neighbouring ranch, just needed more time to develop. I would have appreciated more time spent building tension and setting up the emotional connection between Lottie and Cole. With the story being fully in Lottie’s POV until the bonus chapter I didn’t feel like I was able to get to know Cole as well as I would have liked to in the time we had.
Still, I really enjoyed Untamed Heart and would read from this author again. I’d love to see this book become a series and to see more of Diamond Back Ranch in the future!

Thank you to Pan Macmillan for the e-ARC of Untamed Heart in exchange for an honest review. All thoughts and opinions are entirely my own.
This was a sweet cowboy romance following Lottie, a city girl who returns to her family’s Wyoming ranch after life in London takes a turn, losing her job and finding out her boyfriend has been unfaithful. It was an easy, light-hearted read with a charming setting and a classic small-town feel. The romance had some lovely moments, and the slower pace suited the story’s cosy, comforting vibe. I enjoyed the themes of second chances, reconnecting with your roots, and finding unexpected love in familiar places. Overall, it was a good read with a heartwarming story and an enjoyable sense of escape.

Absolutely loved this story and all of the characters, I look forward to seeing where the series leads and exploring the other characters, I'm intrigued by them all. Love the found family element. Great to have a British FMC.
Will definitely be reading more from this author in future.

I was fortunate to get an ARC copy of Untamed heart and I wasn’t disappointed, if you are a fan of Elsie silver then I would definitely give this a read.
Unlike Elsie’s books, the story is told solely through our FMC, Lotties POV. There is a bonus MMC chapter at the end which did make me wish that there had been a mix of POVs throughout the book. But that being said I still enjoyed the book reading just Lotties view.
The story starts in the UK, Lottie has been made redundant from her job in London, and catches her boyfriend Kyle with another women. She needs an escape and decides to revisit the family ranch (on her mother’s side) in the good old USA.
When she arrives in town she meets our MMC Cole in a cowboy bar whom she shares a ‘moment’ with before heading over to the ranch now being run by her cousin, the following day. We’re Introduced to some great side characters which will open up the Diamond Back ranch series. Each with their own stories to tell.
Challenges from a rival ranch and an unwanted guest create tension and drama which helps to move the story along and adds another layer to the series.
All in all I really enjoyed the book I can’t wait for book two.

I have shared my review on my instagram account and my Goodreads. This is the review! I actually have this book pre-ordered and will be a nice edition to my book trophies. Loved it!

I absolutely LOVED this book, I devoured it. I am a sucker for a cowboy romance but this delivered from chapter one line one.
The references to pop culture supported the light hearted feel to the book. The story gave me a classic rom com cowboy sizzling romance. I laughed out loud and got excited like a teenager!
"𝘠𝘰𝘶'𝘳𝘦 𝘥𝘦𝘧𝘪𝘯𝘪𝘵𝘦𝘭𝘺 𝘯𝘰 𝘱𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘤𝘦𝘴𝘴 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘧𝘪𝘭𝘵𝘩𝘺 𝘮𝘰𝘶𝘵𝘩" excuse me sir 🥵🔥 The chemistry & slow burn between the FMC Lottie & MMC Cole was intense! That tension has to go somewhere and I enjoyed turning the page to find out. The spice was the right level to not take away from the character's self discovery.
I loved all the characters in the book, all the characters are written brilliantly. You fall in love with them all and hate those you are meant to. The FMC being British also made a nice twist for me being British, Lottie was definitely relatable and I really enjoyed her journey from the beginning of the book to the end to find herself and happiness.
I really hope there is a next installment to follow 💕

Definitely would recommend this quick easy romance books
I love the tropes and concept of the book
I did read it in 2 sitting and cant wait to read more books more this author

Untamed Heart by Gemma Morr
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Untamed Heart is a delightful short cowboy romance and a strong debut from Gemma Morr! Set on the picturesque Diamond Back Ranch, the story follows Lottie, our British FMC who is fleeing heartbreak and chaos back home. Seeking a fresh start, she returns to her roots in Jackson Hole, USA—where she meets Cole, a swoon-worthy cowboy who quickly steals her heart (and probably yours too 🥵).
The romance has just the right touch of spice without overpowering the emotional depth of Lottie’s journey. Watching her rediscover herself and embrace a new life—while learning to let go of what no longer serves her—was heartfelt and uplifting. Bonus points for her best friend, who absolutely deserves a book of her own. Total BFF goals!
Big thanks to Gemma Morr and Pan Macmillan for the ARC in exchange for an honest review.
