The exclusive Columbia Mansions has a room up for rent - the catalyst for what turns bizarre sequence of events. Whilst what emerges is an unlikely but welcome friendship between long term resident Gwen and the newly ensconced Pixie, it is fair to say that nothing will be the same again. The latest offering from this accomplished author arrives and with well deserved fanfare. With a cast of perfectly drawn characters populating a carefully constructed and often surprising plot and with the authors usual theme of residences and buildings apparent, the reader is treated to an edge of seat and unexpectedly tense read. Edgy, beautifully and astutely observed and often desperately emotional. Outstanding.

Literally picked this book up in the morning and began to read it and before I knew it I was finishing it later that evening. It was that addictive!

I could never have predicted the outcome. I’m still in shock, it’s crazy. The suspense oh my god! This book is incredible! I would definitely say this has got to be one of my favourite books ever!

It had it all the shocks and twists this was definitely a page turner of a book Who do you believe and who do you trust? I so recommend this book – a twisty read!
