I’m debating if I would give 3 or 3.5 stars out of 5 for this book. It was a quick read and I enjoyed it ok, but there were too many flaws. I understand that I cannot look for what’s wrong or not logical in books because otherwise there would be no book to read, but this one was just not believable. One thing that stuck out for me was when the main character is hiding in the house thinking that there might be an intruder and she’s texting her daughter to come home (?). I also didn’t believe police questioning chapter, it seem the questions could have been different, and the whole questioning would be longer. I felt the same way about the court scene and how no one interfered when information not related to the specific case was discussed. It felt like this book was written without giving any thought/researching how these things work. Despite the main character telling how she wants to protect her daughter, I find too many instances where she’s doing the opposite (like when she knows who broke into the house and that it can be broken in again, but she doesn’t go to police). I guess that end of the book explains a lot of that behavior, but I still don’t buy it.

This book was better than I expected it to be. I was not expecting it to be as grabbing as it was from the very start! While I still have mixed feelings about the characters and how it was written in multiple points of view, I was addicted to knowing how it was going to work out. There were also multiple twists that kept it interesting the whole way through. Additionally, the short chapters work better to keep people interested. Absolutely loved the dedication but the ending did seem a little unfinished so I hope for the possibility of another one in the future.

This is my first book by Sara Pucci and I did enjoy it. There were parts that were a bit too unrealistic for me but I ignored it. (Murder trials don’t happen within a month of the crime and they aren’t over in two days for example)
The characters are all unlikable so you want them all to be guilty. I did figure out the twist at the end before it actually came to light.
I was really excited to read this one and I’m glad I did. I do recommend if you like light hearted murder mysteries.

This one was a little harder for me to get into, but once I did I couldn’t put it down. This was my first with this author and I enjoyed it.

This book started off really strong for me and was an overall fast read. I think I struggled because ALL of the characters were such terrible people. Even the kid, Charlie. Maybe that was the point, but it made me lose interest a little. I loved the concept that both husband and wife were just terrible and kept awful secrets, but when everyone is unlikeable, it’s a little more difficult for me to stay invested. Great first psych thriller from this author and I’ll definitely keep an eye out if she does another

I wanted to love this one, but it was confusing, none of the characters were likable, and the ending wasn’t satisfying. I felt like the Sadie character’s perspective was unnecessary and then she faked her death, but nothing happened after that. There were no consequences or reveal. Victoria Parker vanished from the narrative. Madeline’s motives were fairly flimsy and if I heard Tyler complain about how much he hated his wife, but actually loved her one more time, I was going to throw this book across the room. Unfortunately, this book just didn’t do it for me.

Who Did I Marry? is a tense, emotional ride that slowly pulls you into the unraveling of a marriage built on secrets. Sara Pucci writes with such realism that I found myself constantly wondering, “What would I do in her shoes?”

The suspense builds naturally, and the main character feels incredibly real—strong, vulnerable, and relatable. This isn’t just a thriller; it’s a powerful look at trust, identity, and the shock of discovering you may not know your partner at all.

Highly recommend if you like domestic thrillers that stick with you long after you’ve finished.

Charlie's birthday party is in full swing in their upmarket townhouse, but why hasn't her dad shown up yet? Madeline, her mam, spots a strange mam staring in their windows. A man is found dead in front of their porch. The police arrive as Charlie's Dad, Tyler reappears, intoxicated, and unable to explain his whereabouts. Tyler is arrested, but did he commit the murder? who is the dead person? who was the strange man at the window? and did anyone at the party notice anything?

I really liked the storyline for this book. It sounded exciting, dramatic, and right up my street. I enjoyed trying to work out what had happened and must admit that I really didn't see the twist at the end coming! Although everything came together at the end of the book, there is potential for a follow-up story.
I did feel there were one or two side stories that didn't really add anything to the overall storyline. Some of the police procedures didnt follow true life, but I didnt let that get in the way of enjoying it. If you're looking for a 'lighter' murder mystery, then this could be the read for you.

Who Did I Marry by Sara Pucci just fell completely flat for me. I didn’t feel a connection to any of the characters and the story just felt all over the place. Characters put in who really had no context or background. I found myself skipping over pages just to get to the end to see what happened.

Another new author! A great physcological thriller. Charlie is enjoying her birthday party at home, when a body of a man is found outside on the front lawn, by their house keeper. Tyler, Charlie's dad cannot remember anything g about the day, so when he is questioned later by the police, he doesn't know what he is telling the detectives is the truth or not what is happening to the family will the truth come out? It was a rollercoaster of a read, twists and turns around every corner. I loved it

Pucci's debut thriller is deliciously fast paced and entertaining. I really connected to the protagonist, Madeline--likeable (and unlikeable in a good way)––and kept on reading until I was hit by that surprise ending. The other characters, like Sadie and Victoria, really added to the tension. Loved the story and how everything played out! Brava!

This easy-to-read who-done-it mystery is told from multiple perspectives, creating a trainwreck-like experience that you can’t put down. The characters are all shady, and you can easily see how each might have a motive for killing. It’s a house of cards built on lies and deception, and it all comes crashing down. You keep going back and forth between characters, trying to figure out who the actual murderer is and why they did it. However, I did feel like there was a bit missing. It was quite choppy, but you just want to keep reading to find the answers.

This is a fast paced read which automatically makes it a 4 star for me. There is no unnecessary descriptions which is turn off for me . In some places the plot feels a bit predictable and the actions of the one of the character is sometimes so questionable that you want to face-palm yourselves. But all in all this is good quick read if you're into domestic thrillers.

I was lucky enough to be chosen to ARC read this book, and had high expectations after all I had seen about it.

It did not disappoint, it gave me everything it promised.

Unlikeable characters that I didn't trust, unexpected twists and unreliable narrators all rolled into one. It kept me guessing until the end, and even when I thought I had it all figured out, there was still more to be revealed. It was fast paced and tense throughout, one I would definitely recommend for any thriller fan!
