This is a great overview of the food and agriculture industry. It's very informative and provides the reader with a lot of information. It's a good primer for people that are not familiar with the industry and want to understand more, including the jargon and key players. In the beginning the book includes definitions to set you up.
The book is not an easy read and it's not in a narrative format. It's educational and focused on Europe/India and large multinationals and global NGOs.
As a professional in the industry there was not a lot of new information, but it is a resource I would recommend for people wanting to learn more.
