This is the second book in a gritty London gangland series. Each book is about a different sister.
I enjoyed Faith and this book is also a good read.
Are these books anything new? No, but they are a good solid read in a popular genre so well worth a read.

I have to admit I was not a big fan of the first book in this series, 'Faith'.

A well written, exciting London gangland thriller, with some predictable characters.

Not a great read but if you like gangland stuff, then this will keep you very happy.

I enjoyed revisiting the lives of Faith, Hope and Charity in Hope - I read it in one sitting. I didnt feel like there was a lot of conflict in the book and that it ended too quickly. Looking forward to the third instalment

I love a gangland story & have read quite a few books from various authors of this genre, however, this is the 1st book ive read by Linda Calvey & she did not disappoint once I finished it i went straight onto the kindle store to find more of her books & i bought faith which is actually the 1st story in the three sisters series & i cant wait to start it

a gangland thriller centred around one family. in the first book we got to know one of sisters and now it is Hopes turn.
shes been targeted as being involved in murder and will need all her wits and grit about her to solve and absolve herself from this one. and at least she has the loyalty and criminal empire at her fingerprints for help.
i like how this style is filled with these strong and formidable woman, they may have all gone down different paths but they know what important to them and their family especially when it is needed.
this is a gripping read where risk feels never far away. there is emotional tension throughout and signs that more danger is always on the way. the story progresses quickly and we feel ourselves getting more tense as we go along and even more invested to know whats going to happen and what to be revealed to us next.

Another amazing book, loved it from start to finish, the storyline and plot was second to none, one of the best books I have read in 2025 AAA

The girls are all grown up and still missing their grandmother. The family is deeply involved in the gangland life and Hope is committed for a crime that she didn't commit. I am so looking forward to reading Charity story in the next book. This one is a stand out!!

This is the second book in the series.
Hope has always struggled with knowing just who and what she wants to be so when she becomes a high end mistress at a brothel even though her family are dubious she excels at what she does and is extremely popular.
When her friend and owner of the brothel is murdered Hope is found guilty of being involved and that's when her nightmare begins but Hope is both determined and strong as well as being resourceful and it always helps when your family are part of a criminal empire and where loyalty means everything.
Filled with strong women and the underworld, they inhabit this is a rollercoaster of emotions read perfect for lovers of gritty gangland reads.
Finished in a day, it was so hard to put down.

I really enjoyed the first installment of this series Faith, this second one is Hope's story and is gripping from start to finish.

Gangland fans of Kimberley chambers, Martina Cole this is the book is for you!

the Girls are all grown up. but there still missing their grandmother. they have all paved their path one a lawyer one married and one a Dom. Maria still worries about her girls Faith Hope and Charity. big Danny has booked them in to a posh hotel for Christmas day. And maria sees all is not well with her one daughter and the announcement her daughter makes will take her on to a path of destruction .and someone from the past comes back into their lives it's an amazing story.

Brilliant book! I read Linda's first couple of books last year on the off chance, and they were amazing. So when I saw she had a new book out, I needed to read it and ended up getting sunburnt because I was so engrossed.

This book was fantastic I read it in 2 days . I really hope I don't have to wait to long for the next book . This is a must read book absolutely brilliant .
