Kate Angelo came to my attention through partnering with Lynette Eason on her 'Elite Guardians' series. This is a new series for Kate called the 'King Legacy'. If I'm honest, it took me a little while to get into the story but by the end it had me captured.

The ending was well written and sets up the next book in the series. I really enjoyed the resolution of things as it gave me an ending I wasn't wholly anticipating. Also really liked the author's note at the end of the story which connected me to the book more.

An amazing book with depth and detail in characters and storyline. A refreshing look at how one person doing what God called him to can make a difference in so many lives.
