Sunil and Alex are on another adventure the Boredom Machine won’t send them back far enough to send Dave back. To boost up BM they must travel to other times and gather inspiration from inventors, sparking their inventions.

I really enjoyed getting to go through many different time periods from war time with an actress Hedy Lamarr, back to DaVinci as he’s creating flight, to Ancient Greek and then to the dinosaurs. I really loved the vast variety of places that we travelled between.

I loved how full of facts and education this book had, it will certainly be a fun and easy way to get kids interested in a variety of topics. It’s not thrown at you but told simply through the adventure, then at the bottoms of each page with extra information. It’s especially great when you include the rest of the books to the series, it’s a fun way of learning many different things.

It had really great illustrations on each page including the dinosaur foot prints on each page which were so adorable to look at. This is a great fun time travel book that I’m certain many young readers would really enjoy, it’s easy to read and has an amazing fun adventure.

My 9 year old really enjoyed this book - "an amazing book where people travel through timelines". However there were no dinosaurs so we wonder if we have the wrong book.
