Peter Samuelson provides candid insights about life in Finding Happy.
Personal anecdotes are sprinkled throughout. They are relevant and fun to read and each chapter ends with questions that young people can reflect on.
I did not know of the religious aspect in Samuelson’s recommendations prior to reading this book.
I will not be reviewing this publicly - if you are looking for a quick uplifting read, and you are young, read this book.
Samuelson’s genuinely a nice person. It is out of personal preferences for different layers, depth, nuances and freshness that I rate this book 2.5 stars.
