Levi Montbard and Yasmine Hassani are back. I wish I wasn’t behind on my TBR pile or I would have taken the time to pull out my copy of "A Woman to Treasure” (May 2021). In the previous book is the romance of Levi and Yasmine, and how they make a great discovery in the desert. The pair are both historians and Levi is also a treasure hunter. Think female Indiana Jones. Yasmine is from Morocco and Levi’s perfect match. Everyone is excited about the upcoming nuptials except Yasmine’s mother who can’t accept it. An earthquake while they are in Morocco leads to a discovery of a hidden structure in the desert. And the search for Lost Templar Scrolls and treasure is on.

I usually love Ali’s writing but I was slow getting into this one. I really think it would have been better to read the previous book more recently as I felt I was trying to catch up on and remember a lot of people very quickly. I did enjoy the mystery once it got going. I liked the addition of the younger Bailey to the story. I didn’t realize until I read another review that she was a child in another book by the author. I do love when the author's stories take place in the same world so characters can interconnect.

This is a fun adventure and worth reading. But I would recommend reading “A Woman to Treasure” first.

When I requested this book I was not aware of that this was the 2nd book about the historians Yasmine and Levi. I think I would have liked the book so much more if I had read the first book prior to this one. Now it was very challenging to keep track of all characters that show up in the book.

Regardless this was an enjoyable read with lots of action and romance since besides Yasmine and Levi we also can follow the budding romance between Yasmine’s sister Zara and Bailey.

Enjoyable second book in the series. Yasmine Hassani, history professor and Levi Montbard, historian/treasure hunter have several things in common. They love each other and have plans to marry and love of family.

This story pulls you in as they work together to find the lost Templar scrolls and gold. With the help of family and friends, they are relentless in their pursuit. A very cautious picture is painted of the Church and specifically, the Vatican. I enjoyed this read because not only is it entertaining but it makes you think about family, church and finding happiness. The love between Yasmine and Levi is so awesome and a new couple is introduced.

This is part two of this series. I listen to the audio of book one a year ago. There are many characters and a complex plot to this series and I would recommend reading the two books back to back.

I’m a fan of Ali Vali and I liked her two MCs in this series. Levi Montiband is an historian and treasure hunter. Her parents and grandparents were also historians and help her out in her searches. Her fiancée Yasmine, is from Morocco and also a history professor. In this episode they are in Morocco trying to find lost Templar gold and scrolls. Yasmine’s old boss Nabil is the head of Moroccan Intelligence and helps them catch and defeat the excommunicated Cardinal who is after the gold too.

There is a lot of action in this series, I liked the treasure hunting and the action scenes. Yasmine’s mother was feisty character who was against the marriage and was constantly harping on Yasmine that she was going to hell.

I thought the ending was a bit anti climactic and that the “secret” wasn’t very sensational to cause such and uproar.

Thanks to Net Galley for the opportunity to read and review this book.

In Moments to Treasure, the thrilling sequel to Treasure the Time, Ali Vali reunites readers with Levi Montbard and Yasmine Hassani as they prepare for both a wedding and another daring adventure. What begins as a romantic return to the Sahara for their honeymoon quickly spirals into danger after a sudden earthquake uncovers new secrets linked to the female Templar Knight. Vali skillfully blends romance, history, and suspense, keeping readers on edge as the couple navigates ancient mysteries and modern threats tied to powerful forces within the Vatican determined to keep the past buried. This is a satisfying and compelling continuation of the series that leaves readers eager for more.

So excited Ms. Vali wrote a sequal to Levi and Yasmine's story (please read the first book to really know what is going on). We have more intrigue and adventures to go on with these two, and a family there for them when they need it. What I said for the first book, I'll say it again, if you liked the Da Vinci Code, Tomb Raider and Indiana Jones, BUT with two beautifully lesbians (ok Tomb Raider you all know Laura was gay right <smile>) tracking down Templar Knights legends, this series is for you.

Again Ms. Vali brings us a storyline that will have you turning the pages well into the night. The way she can weave a story and bring us right into the thick of it like we were there I cannot do her justice in describing her style-what I do know is by the time I am down reading, I just want to jump on a plane and go traveling to all the places she paints for us in her stories.

I will be re-reading this series again, in the future I loved it that much. I received an ARC through Netgalley in exchange for an honest review, but would have written the same opinion if I had come across this author on my own.

Really good book. The characters were well written and the plot was fun and adventurous. This is the second book in this series, and it didn't disappoint. The treasure hunting was fascinating, the villains were villainous, and the romance between the main characters who are on the verge of getting married was very hot and romantic. The supporting characters were well written and just helped to make this an even better story. I would definitely recommend this book.

I received an advanced copy from Netgalley.

Levi and Yasmin are back to finish their Templar adventure, that'll take them back to Morocco. While preparing to take the next step in their relationship, not only do they need to juggle family but religious zealots when new evidence comes up.

Ali Vali doesn't disappoint in this new book where we can meet again some of our favourite characters and join them on their adventure. This time, we can also follow Zara as she falls in love with someone unexpected.

All in all, a great book! I do advise readers to get a refresher on the first book in the series. Ali Vali won't bore you with repetitions from the previous book, but that can also make it hard to follow if you don't remember the first one.

A sequel to a "Woman to Treasure". Thrilling treasure hunt. Obstacles and villains along the way. Great read as usual from Ali Vali.

I am addicted to Ali Vali's books. She is one of my must puchase upon a new release.
Moments to Treasure was as amazing as her first book in the series. I would recommend reading A Woman to Treasure before this, as it gives you a thorough background. I will be rereading these again in the future.
I love the codes and hunt. The templars story intertwined fascinated me.
The secondary characters were wonderful and added to the story. I love the family unity and the relationships between each other. The chemistry is beautiful and continues to be strong between the MCs.
This book will continue to keep you entertained from the beginning. I look forward to more books by this author in the future.

I’m so glad we got a sequel.
Levi and Yasmine are planning their wedding as they continue to hunt for hidden treasures with the help of their families as they take down the villain. I enjoy the scenery culture, and the whole adventure I love how everyone was supportive this was an enjoyable read I felt like I right there with them figuring everything out.

I received an ARC copy of this book from the Publisher via Netgalley and voluntarily leaving my review.

Another winner by Vali. This is the sequel to A Woman to Treasure and it continues the epic treasure hunt with even more intrigue and suspense. It includes all the players and even Levi and Yasmine's family. They continue to hung the treasure while also planning their wedding. It's another epic adventure with epic writing and storytelling that pulls you right back into the story and keeps you thoroughly engaged. I enjoyed it immensely and recommend to anyone who is looking for a wonderful adventure.

You can't go wrong with an Ali Vali novel as she knows how to write an epic tale.

The treasure hunt in Morocco continues
Ali Vali continues to spin a wonderful yarn about the rumored treasures of the Templars albeit the rumors turn out to be true. Think Indiana Jones / Illuminati but with a mostly female crew. There are foreign governments, spies, the Church and the Vatican involved again. And there is no lack of action, adventure and romance.
Levi Montbard and Yasmine Hassani, the US-Moroccan couple and historians, lead a renewed treasure hunt while preparing their wedding. The whole family on both sides becomes involved to finally hunt down the arch-villain.
I thoroughly enjoyed the treasure hunt, the glimpses into Moroccan culture, and the whole adventure. As is to be expected with Ali Vali we get with Levi and Yasmine a well-done butch/femme couple (and another surprise is coming the reader‘s way) and there is a big emphasis on the importance of family too. The writing is well-paced with lots of different threads woven together to keep the reader engaged. For maximum enjoyment I‘d recommend to start with „A Woman to Treasure“.

I received an ARC via netgalley. The review is left voluntarily.

Levi and Yasmine are about to get married, they met through Levi’s work while she was trying to decipher long buried scrolls that could lead to the Templar treasure.
Now they believe that there is even more gold and treasure hidden and as they try to find the next clue trouble come looking for them.

This is another intriguing story by Ali Vali and you won’t be disappointed.
