Thanks to the publisher and NetGalley for letting me review this book. This was an interesting read and great for making your own balms, tinctures and the like. The recipes were simple and easy to follow. I do wish there were some herbal websites listed, in case one isn’t able to find the needed herbs locally.

I loved Crunchy Home Apothecary. It felt like sitting down for an herbal lesson with my best friend. The book went a bit deeper on herbs than most. I appreciated the extra information. This will be a book I refer to over and over again.

Crunchy Home Apothecary is a genuinely helpful guide for anyone wanting to ditch drugstore dependency and embrace natural healing. The author makes herbal remedies and DIY wellness feel approachable, even for total beginners like me. I especially liked how every recipe explained the why behind each ingredient—so you’re not just mixing stuff, you’re learning. It’s the kind of book I didn’t know I needed, but now I keep reaching for it whenever someone in the house feels off.

So listen, Crunchy Home Apothecary is straight-up awesome. I bought it thinking I’d make one or two cute things… and now I’ve got jars of DIY vapor rub, sore throat syrup, and a potion that makes my brain feel like it did jumping on a trampoline at age 10. The instructions? Easy. The vibes? Super empowering. The bonus? I feel like a wizard in yoga pants. 🧪🌿 Get it, flip it open, and thank your past self later. 🥄✨

Crunchy Home Apothecary is like your mother, your bestie, and a wise herb witch all rolled into one fabulously healing, pantry-powered guide—big pharma, who?
