This was such a cute romance book! I loved the small town vibes in the book. And it was a very well written book.

Thank you to Netgalley and ARC provided by Victory Editing NetGalley Co-op | J.P. Sterling for an early copy of this book in exchange for a honest review. I loved this book and read it in one sitting. I loved the story line and the characters. I thought they had great growth. I would definitely recommend this book.

I enjoyed this cute story between Sam & Finley.
Sam is a Zamboni driver, and Finley’s (more extroverted) sister leaves a note telling him to call Finley. Meet cute of epic proportions with some confusion & miscommunication thrown in. Finley’s self-conscious, which almost ends their “relationship” before it starts, but then they both bond over being the “disappointing” sibling. It was cute to see both characters work through vulnerability, and not feeling good enough. The epilogue with meeting the mom cracked me up. My only complaint is I wish it was longer!

J.P. Sterling's, Driving Miss Crazy was a sweet, cute, happily ever after read! From Sam and Finley's first crush, growing into young love and all that comes with it!. Sam and Finley's story is so sweet. Their love for tacos and texting back and forth was so cute. Then comes the butterflies of first love, complete with those sweet, awkward, and uncertain moments between the two of them. The chemistry between the Sam and Finley was precious. Watching their journey, how they slowly open up and connect over shared interests was so sweet. This novella offers an inside glimpse into J.P. Sterling's RomCom Hockey series and leaves you wanting more. Can't wait for the next book. Thank you to NetGalley for a complimentary copy.

Rating: 🌮🌮🌮/5 (yes, we’re going with tacos)
So I just finished Driving Miss Crazy and… I have THOUGHTS.
This is a college romance (allegedly), but it definitely felt like a high school Wattpad fever dream — in the most awkward, kind of endearing way possible?? Sam is a Zamboni driver (points for originality) and yes, Finley sends her sister to ask him for a Zamboni ride but I kept waiting for the grown-up vibes to kick in and… they never did.
✨ Sweet? Absolutely.
✨ Awkward? Painfully.
✨ Taco references? Unhinged. Like… why were tacos the third main character???
Would I recommend it? If you’re into quirky, overly innocent romances and don’t mind some cringey charm, maybe!

Sam and Finley's is the sweetest! I love that they're college-aged. That just adds to the sweetness. It's refreshing to read a sweet story from its inception rather than years down the road after a ridiculous breakup based on a simple misunderstanding. And...who doesn't love a zamboni and its driver?! 😊.
I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

This charmingly funny romance follows Sam, a college kid unsure of his path, who’s forced by his dad’s ultimatum to take a job—ultimately landing him as a Zamboni driver at the local ice rink. Enter Finley, a homebody with a sense of adventure sparked by her sister’s invitation to a hockey game, where she spots the attractive driver. One mischievous note on the Zamboni later, and sparks fly.
This story is light, swoony, and full of sweet humor. The playful banter and genuine chemistry between Sam and Finley are delightful, and the inclusion of familiar faces from The Pucker Up Pact makes it even more enjoyable for returning fans. If you’re in the mood for a feel-good romantic comedy that will leave you smiling, this book is an absolute treat. Highly recommended!

Sweet Meet Cute book.
Sam has never had a job but his father gives him a few days to find one. Sam's sister Sophie lines up a job for Sam driving the Zamboni.
Sam finds that being a zamboni driver fun.
Sam sees a gal put a note in his seat and begins texting Finley
Finley is so mad at her sistrrvwhwn she finds what she has texted. Sam seems nice and they start texting.
Sam and Finley both share love of Taco's..
Sam and Finley find they have similar tastes and get along great.
These two are a bit awkward but together they make a great couple.

This was a quick read, and a cute way to introduce a new series! This was the first time I've read anything by J.P. Sterling, and the author did a nice job of introducing characters, and switching points of view.

I love J.P. Sterling! Her writing always keeps me entertained.
Driving Miss Crazy is a sweet cute and adorable book which I enjoyed immensely. It has two great main characters, a swoony story-line, a great flowing writing style, a book I can totally recommend!
This was a fun and lighthearted read that I devoured in one sitting. If you’re looking for a sweet and sporty romance with a dash of humor and drama, this is the perfect fit

In J.P. Sterling's Driving Miss Crazy, when her sister makes her go to a hockey game with her, Finley mentions that the Zamboni driver is cute and said sister, Lauren, takes it upon herself to connect the two and their relationship takes off via texting.
This meet cute sets the story of Finley and Sam. It's a fun, quick read about two very likeable people who find a connection over a love of tacos among other things.
The story is easy to fall into and even though it's not a full length novel, it's very satisfying watching Sam and Finley's connection evolve. I haven't ready any other books in the Granite Ice series, but will now. The author makes the getting to know each other via texting trope easy to follow and enjoyable, something that isn't always easy to do.
I really enjoyed this book and recommend it to anyone looking for a quick read that will have you laughing and smiling.
Thank you to NetGalley and the publisher for this ARC. All opinions are my own.

This was such a cute novella to read about a zamboni driver and his biggest fan. It was so fun to read how alike they were and how they found her. Of course it's a novella so not much debt in this book but that's to be expected. It was a good book if you just want a fluffy quick read.

Having never read anything by J.P Sterling before, but a lover of all things hockey romance, I chose this book based on the cute title and blurb. Sam and Finley are both university students. He’s forced to get a job or else face his father’s wrath and through family connections, gets one as a Zamboni driver. Finley’s sister interferes in her love life and sets in motion a text based meet cute. When Miss Crazy and Mr Zamboni embark on a textual relationship it is kind of fun, but a bit too immature for my tastes. Waiving away the silliness of it, their are moments of depth between them. But there is also some miscommunication and misconceptions. If you enjoy younger protagonists as your main characters than this book would be for you. TBR and Enjoy.

I read it in a quick half a day. It was just okay. Not something I’ll ever pick up again. A little cheesy for me.
I voluntarily reviewed a complimentary copy of this book which I received from the author. All views expressed are only my honest opinion.

This was such a cute read! Sam and Finley had a sweet chemistry... they both had their awkward moments, but it was super endearing at the same time. And honestly, a romance started largely based upon a mutual love of tacos!? I mean, what could be better than that! That added even more fun to their story, but I also loved how they connected on a deeper level with their mutual insecurities as well. These two were just really cute, and I couldn't help but enjoy their story. This is a super quick read- easily read in just a sitting or two, but it was the perfect bite-sized love story to introduce this new series... I cannot wait to see what's going to happen next.
Driving Miss Crazy is a closed-door romance with kisses only and no language.
