This is one of our upcoming book club reads and I was thrilled to see that We Are Bookish just published a Book Club Kit for this! I am so inspired by these and you the Milan Through the Ages questions have given me a brainstorm for a Jeopardy style game to add some extra competition and laughs. Through we have more members than is traditional for the game, I think it will be like a team or pairs event depending on our final numbers!

This book club kit is the perfect accompaniment to both groups discussing Worth Fighting For and individuals who want to think a little more about what they are reading. I particularly enjoyed the author interview - hearing from Sutanto about how and why she updated certain aspects and characters was really fascinating. The questions, activity ideas, and food and drink recipes are the perfect way to make a book club gathering memorable and special.

Another great Book Club Kit to add to your book club! It's filled with well-written discussion questions (including two questions from the author herself), recipe links, book recommendations, activity ideas, trivia questions, and my favorite, an author interview with Jesse Q. Sutanto. This book and book club kit are based on the movie Mulan and delve into being a young Chinese-American woman in the male-dominated finance and business world, toxic masculinity, and a touch of romance. The printable bookmarks are cute, but not too cute. This kit includes everything your club will need for a successful and fun event.

I really enjoyed “Worth Fighting For” and this kit is the perfect companion! The extra material - interviews, questions, recipes, bookmarks - is fun and adds depth to the story. I would love to see more like this from NetGalley.

The bookmarks in this kit are absolutely adorable! (Yes, I have a soft spot for bookmarks, so I always make a point to review them when I can.)
I really liked the post-discussion activities, they look like a lot of fun and a great way to keep the book club energy going.
I did feel like the kit was missing a bit of extra content, something to give it a little more engagement , but that didn’t make it a bad kit at all.

I really enjoyed the value of the book club kit and felt that it really added to the experience as a supplementary tool to use in a book club. I really liked the food recipes that were provided and the trivia was fun. The interview gave more insight to the author and that was fun as well.
