Would like to thank Random House for letting me have a copy of Wolf.e to read.
This is the first book I've read by Paisley and boy oh boy it doesn't disappoint. Gabriel Wolfe and his mouth...….wow!!
As soon as Brinley enters Gabriel's orbit, after she arrives back in her hometown of Harmony, well he's a goner, as much as she is, even though they both try to deny it.
And although he is very morally grey and of course possessive, you can see the reason why he is this way - he wants to protect her, as he begins to realise he cannot live without her, even though his past traumas make him feel he cannot love anyone and has basically closed himself away from feeling this way.
Absolutely loved the banter and chemistry between Brinley and Gabriel - it is top notch, and make sure that they keep stepping on each other's toes.
A thoroughly enjoyable read and cannot wait to read more of Paisley's books in the future.
🧡 Biker Romance
🖤 Forced Proximity
🧡 Touch Her & Die
🖤 Morally Grey MMC
🧡 Good Girl x Bad Boy
🖤 'Not' a Slow Burn 😉

OBSESSED!! Paisley Hope can do no wrong! I absolutely adored the Silver Pines series, but this is on another level! Gabriel is literally the hottest MMC going, I loved his possessiveness and pure don’t f*ck with me persona.
Brinley’s good girl to Presidents wife progression was amazing, i loved her bad ass glow up and the chemistry between her and Gabe!
Super fun and perfect for getting out of a ready slump!

I loved her cowboy romance and thought I’d love this as well…sadly it was hit and miss. I really wanted to love this as in a huge fan of sons of anarchy and the vibes were unmatched however, it was basically just smut and I’m all for that but I wanted more story for this. I wanted backstory, more about the gang etc etc

~My Thoughts~
Oh boy, this really do be a dark motorcycle club romance so buckle up readers because this is a wild ride (quite literally).
Overall, this was a quick dark romance read that you can absolutely devour in one sitting.
The story is relationship focused, specially on Wolf.e and how he takes good girl Brinley and shows her how to let out her dark side, leaning into her dark desires 👀
I loved the character growth that Brin goes through and who she becomes in the end - just unashamedly herself and not being ashamed of her wants.
Wolf.e is so fine. Like so fine. A little scary but mainly so fine. And I just know he's going to be a perfect addition to the dark romance readers book boyfriend list 🤭
There is a little bit of a story but as it's a character focused book, you're definitely not here for the plot, you're here for the... well, you've seen the quotes 🤪
Just know that there is a lot of spice. And I do mean. A lot 👀
This do be a dark romance and although my eARC didn't have the TWs in the copy, I do recommend having a quick check to make sure you're okay with the ones in this book.
If you love dark romance, a morally grey leaning towards morally black MMC who is the President of the motorocycle club and loves corrupting the good girl FMC then this is the one for you.

DNF’d at 40% and honestly, bless me for lasting that long. Gabriel’s “dark and broody” in the same way food poisoning is “memorable.” Brinley’s got the depth of a puddle, and their romance was the worst combo of slow burn and insta-lust. The constant lip biting and force-feeding were just gross, not hot. Gorgeous cover, though i wish the inside matched the packaging.
#Wolfe #NetGalley

i’d give it a 2 and a half rating if i could — i didn’t love the writing style or the characters which ultimately lead for me not connect with the story at all. i think that this is one other readers will enjoy more, it’s fast-paced and has a solid twist near the end and along with that, the cover is gorgeous.

Wolf.e is a gritty, fast-paced dark romance that follows Gabriel Wolfe, the president of the Hounds of Hell MC, and Brinley, the innocent woman who turns his world upside down.
From the start, the story is full of tension, danger, and sizzling chemistry.
The characters are strong and memorable. Gabriel is brooding and morally gray, while Brinley’s growth from sheltered to strong makes the romance feel intense and addictive. Their connection is passionate and hard to look away from.
The writing is engaging and pulls you straight into the MC world. However, the romance and steamy scenes often take centre stage so if you’re a lover of smut and spice this is a book for you!
Overall, Wolf.e is thrilling, emotional, and packed with heat. It’s perfect for readers who enjoy dark romance, bad-boy bikers, and love stories with high stakes.
I give this book ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5
Thank you to Netgalley and Random House UK for the ARC.

This was such an enjoyable read - dark and smutty, with plenty of tension. I LOVE dark romances where he’s obsessed with her, where she’s the first one he’s committed to and he falls for instantly. Where to everyone else he’s the scariest man in town, but to her he’s no threat. I loved how he was instantly intrigued by her, breaking all his rules and just wanting her by his side.
“She’s too good. She’s too pure, and all I want to do is corrupt her.”
This was my first MC romance and I wasn’t disappointed - this was such a wild ride!
Wolfe was such an intriguing MMC, and whilst he definitely pushed her boundaries (with some scenes that were….questionable) I loved how he was with Brinley. He brought out the darkness in her and she brought out the light in him.
I really enjoyed Brinley’s character development - almost like she found her true self by being with him and became badass. Shedding her familial expectations on who she ‘should’ be and choosing for herself.
“There isn’t a thought in my head that doesn’t start and end with you,”
75% smut and 25% plot, recommended if you want a fast paced spicy dark romance - but check the triggers!
ARC copy provided by Random House UK & NetGalley in exchange for an honest review

This is an engaging dystopian novel that explores themes of identity, freedom, and the consequences of advanced technology. The story follows a fascinating protagonist who navigates a complex world of moral dilemmas and tricky relationships.

This book is perfect; I loved the characters, the spice, the story, and everything (my first MC book; I now got a taste of it).
The story is about the world of an MC (Motorcycle Club).
Brinley is a good girl who has lived a modest life, firmly believing in the black and white ideas of right and wrong with no grey areas due to church and her parents' upbringing. She gets fired from her job, which leads to her ending a long-term relationship. She heads back to her hometown to get a clean start.
On the way, she runs into her best friend Layla at a bar during her bachelorette party and gets invited to the wedding again because she has previously RSVPed NO. She soon learns that her friend’s fiancé is part of the Hounds of Hell MC. Brinley panics, assuming her friend is being coerced.
Gabriel Wolfe is the president of the Hounds of Hell MC. He had a traumatic childhood—his father killed his mother, and after his uncle passed, he inherited the club. Gabriel has always kept his distance from women emotionally.
But the moment he lays eyes on Brinley—boom—the chemistry is electric. Since Layla (Brinley’s friend) is marrying another club member, their paths keep crossing.
One thing leads to another, and Brinley witnesses a murder committed by Gabriel. Now she has two choices:
“Die in the woods… or become his.”
The story is fun and surprisingly educational about MC life. Gabriel’s character arc is fantastic—from a no-nonsense, emotionally detached man to Brinley’s protector.
Brinley’s transformation from a timid girl to a badass killer is so satisfying to watch.
The spice? Super spicy.
I’ve completely fallen in love with the MC genre after this book. It’s thrilling, romantic, intense, and wildly entertaining.
Hell, I finished it in one day—and it has over 400 pages!
Entertaining as hell!

OMG this book was SPICY! Definitely not for the faint of heart.
When I say that Gabriel Wolfe is the epitome of morally grey, I am not even kidding with how dark his morals are, especially when it comes to Brinley.
So much of this book I did not see coming.
Brinley as the main character is not your typical damsel who needs saving. She’s feisty, strong minded and not afraid to speak her mind even when she was slightly scared of the biker group initially. I love that about her.
Wolfe, being the president of the Hounds of Hell motorcycle club is your typical no nonsense, doesn’t get attached main character. The way he takes control throughout the book is exciting to read.
The two together are quite the character duo and the battles of authority between the two were fun to read.
The spice was spicing and defeating not for those who only like a little smut. Damn this book was wild!
Thank you to NetGalley and Random House UK for the ARC.

One of my favourite ever Paisley books. Wade Ashby, Rowan Kingsley, and GABRIEL WOLFE!!!! Fantastic, give me 14 of 'em. I could not love this book more than I already do.

Firstly thank you so much for approving me for this ARC, i'm always grateful for the opportunity to review any upcoming/current releases!
I downloaded this hoping for a smutty romance and it definitely delivered on the smut element. However I felt the plot itself was lacking.
I hate to say but I did end up DNF'ing at around the 70% mark, as I found the characters a bit unlikeable. I couldn't really connect with the 'romance' or feel the connection well between the two MCs.
I'm sure this book would be a great fit for others, but I'm not sure that the darker romance captured me enough to have finished this book.

REVIEW INCOMING.. I DEVOURED THIS BOOK.
Thank you so much for the ARC copy!! 🥹🖤
I need time to put into words how much I loved this. Paisley you're a master!

I really enjoyed this book. I loved the broodiness of the MMC and seeing how he brought the FMC out of her shell throughout the book. The spice was great but it did feel slightly insta lust at times. However I did really enjoyed the overall plot, it was a super fun read and pleasantly darker than I thought it was going to be.

I'm very sorry to say, but this book is not for me. I read a bit into it, and I was intrigued at first, but I think I was in a completely different mood at the time of applying for this arc! Definitely was in the mood for a smutty book then, but not so much now.
The age gap sort of puts me off of this as well. I did give it a good go, and Brinley was a likeable characters, but this one just isn't quite for me.
Nothing to do with the writing, the author, none of that, just a misguided pick on my part!

Wow. The spice in this book was toe curling. It was everything I could have hoped for and more from a dark biker gang romance. I loved the dynamic between Gabriel and Brinley and the fact it is written in duel POV throughly heightened by enjoyment. I can’t wait to read more of this series as soon as I possibly can. I think I’ve definitely found a new favourite romance book series to read.

Thank you to NetGalley for this early copy.
Words cannot express how much I loved this book. It’s sons of anarchy but feral and I couldn’t get enough of it.
You gotta check your triggers but there was a mix of sometimes uncomfortable scenes with a great big helping of toe curling giddy moments as well. The spice is off the chart.
There was a real story here as well, it wasn’t like some romance stories where there is a random storyline thrown in to make it a bit edgy, there was real drama in this along with the romance and it blended so perfectly I was hooked.
Dual point of view was great, I really enjoyed both points of view.
Honestly I could have watched this as a drama.
The language was vulgar, the spice was dirty, but it was still romantic and I devoured every syllable on the page. I can’t wait to read more from this world. Steel horse cowboys are the way forward now.

This was honestly everything I hoped it would be. I could feel the tension through the pages and I loved especially the character development of Brinley and the way Gabriel helped her discover her other side. The mix of slight mafia vibes, motorcycles and steam was absolutely perfect and Paisley Hope just writes the best obsessed with their women men!!
The small town setting and the gang rivalry really kept things extra interesting in my opinion and even though we did have lots of hot scenes the characters really did both of their layers and totally grew with and for each other!
I can’t wait to continue the series as I’m quite intrigued by the morally grey world of the Hounds of Hell and I’m excited to read about some more rugged morally grey motorcycle men. I also just have a thing for bikers but after this book, who doesn’t? Give me more!

Huge huge thank you to Penguin Books South Africa for allowing me to read and review this book on netgalley!
Wolf.e by Paisley Hope is a mc dark romance that follows a good girl fmc and a bad boy mmc. The book is filled with spice and action that will literally have you at the edge of your seat. The subplot involving the motorcycle club and their rival was perfectly executed. I enjoyed this book so much and it definitely made me realize I should be adding more dark romance book to my tbr.
The book follows Brinley who moves back to her old town amidst a breakup. She meets up with her old best friend who is marrying a mc member. Brinley has always been the good girl and questions the world of the motorcycle club. Upon meeting Gabriel, the mc president, she becomes enthralled with the world and realizes that she was judging it all along without fully knowing what it's about.
Gabriel is completely taken by Brinley. Shocked that he is attracted to her, he tries to keep his distance but when a rival club threatens Brinley, he realizes he can't stand back and watch her get hurt. The forced proximity is all these two needed to fall even harder for each other!! I don't want to go into too much detail
but the SPICE is exquisite! Touch her and die vibes
is immaculate! and the primal play?! PREPARE
YOURSELF!!
Absolutely loved this book! If you're looking for a new dark romance recommendation, definitely check it out.
It releases August 28th
