I fell in love with Paisley’s writing earlier this year, and when I heard she was writing a dark motorcycle romance, the need was real and it more than lived up to expectations.

Paisley knows how to write a man. Gabriel Wolfe. Wow. The MC President - he was everything you want in a dark romance MMC - obsessive, possessive, ruthless, the perfect shade of morally grey with a filthy, filthy mouth.
I cannot stress enough how much Wolfe saw the real Brinley and empowered her to be his boss queen. Their banter and chemistry was on point. It was incredible to read Brinley’s journey. She found herself with Wolfe - top-tier character development. I also love Paisley’s portrayal of female friendships.
I was a completely enthralled by this book. I loved the good girl x bad boy trope, the mouth-watering spice, the fast-paced story and a plot-twist that hit. The world Paisley has created has me begging more!

This dark romance story was one of my favourites. Paisley Hope has amazing writing and have yet to read a book I didn’t enjoy.
This very much gave cat and mouse vibes. The MMC is definitely morally grey. I’m in full support!
I absolutely loved how obsessed the characters were with each other and how they both overcome denying said obsession.
I’m so glad this is getting more for stories in the future as I cannot wait to read what is to come.
Thank you for letting me read and review Wolf.e!

I thoroughly LOVED this book!! This was the first one I read that is MC based and it’s opened up a whole new genre for me!
I watched Sons of Anarchy last year so I was familiar with the terminology within the group and that definitely helped my understanding. I am OBSESSED with Wolf, 10/10 for the morally grey character!!
I cannot wait for this series to continue I NEED a Kai book ASAP PLEASE😭. This book was so spicy, I LOVED it!!
Favourite scene - in the woods🔪👀
Favourite quote - “There isn’t a thought in my head that doesn’t start and end with you.”

Wow... where do I find a man like Wolfe.
Brindley is a good girl, until she comes across Wolfe after returning to her home town.
Their relationship is intense, Possessive, her and 💀, touch him and 💀. It's passionate and spicy spicy spicy.
He pushes her to be better, stronger and more alert in the face of danger, and she derails every thoughts he has about her.
I really enjoyed getting to know these characters and glad let his walls downs to let Brinley in.

Paisley hope knows what’s she’s doing with her writing. Motorcycle men dark romance with text messages yes yes yes please

Thank you to the publisher and Netgalley for approving me to read this, I’m rating it 4.0 - 4.25 stars.
In Paisley Hope we trust because I went in a little bit blind. This is my first biker romance and I really enjoyed it, it gave me major sons of anarchy vibes which is fab. The tension, threats and possessive elements of this book came together very well to create a fast paced romance that’s easy to devour.
I will say at first I had been worried it might be a little insta love-y, but thankfully due to the nature of how their romance gets started it had a smooth build up and transition into something solid.

I didn’t enjoy the extreme side of the story - imprisonment; injuring one another; anal sex etc. I did however, quite enjoy the other side which was Wolfe’s back story, and emotional journey. I also liked the female character learning how to look after herself and coming to Wolfe’s rescue.

What a man Gabriel Wolfe is. I actually think I love him! I was literally reading this book pretty much drooling the whole way through! He is beyond hot and Brinley?! What a girl. I loved her throughout the whole book! Every character in this book is honestly just chefs kiss! I absolutely adore the storyline! Brinley being the proper girl who wants a bad boy and to do things she ‘shouldn’t be doing’ and Wolfe as that bad boy who is completely obsessed with her. I literally couldn’t get enough of their relationship. The fuck it moment had me on my knees!! I was waiting for it for soooo long! And he does sooo many firsts with her it’s honestly just so perfect and you can just tell how he feels about her. He will go to the ends of the earth for her and honestly that just makes my whole heart flutter. It was everything I needed a more! Brinley is such a badass and I bloody love that for her. Her growth throughout the book was honestly a joy to read. I absolutely adored the epilogue! I literally didn’t want this book to ended. I loved it that much!!

I was actually loving this until about 60% and then there was absolutely no plot and everything gave me the ick.

DNF @ 28% unfortunately this one was not for me. I couldn’t get past him calling her “little hummingbird” and I just found the book overall to be really cringey. The MMC was so cocky and unlikeable and the FMC was just a doormat.

3.5 Stars
I definitely felt like there was more smut than plot - so if you enjoy dark spice this one is for you. The smut itself is really well-written, though do check the triggers as some of Gabe's kinks had me going O.o
Because the plot only made up around 20% of the book (the other 80% being spice), I personally felt like it travelled quite quickly. We have insta-lust, to lust, to maybe-love? They said they were in love, I just don't know if I believed it with what the character's were actually showing on the fun.
This book was good fun! Was it smutty? Heck yeah. Did I feel like the major plot stages moved a little too quickly? Definitely. But it was a pretty quick, fun little read that I did enjoy getting through. If you enjoy possessive, dark MCs and a quiet FMC having her bad-girl awakening, this is for you.
Thank you to Paisley and Penguin for providing me with an ARC copy. All thoughts are my own.

4.5⭐️ OKK Paisley coming through with that hot MC romance! I love small town/cowboy Paisley with my entire heart, but dare I say MC Paisley might be my new fav?🤭
Gabriel is the president of the Hounds of Hell club and sets his eyes on “good girl” Brinley. They are both complete opposites from one another but they can’t help but be drawn to one another. I loved Brinley’s smart mouth and how she wasn’t afraid to say what she felt to Gabriel. Even though Gabriel is the tough president, he develops a softer side when it comes to Brinley and I loved watching their feelings evolve throughout the story.
The chemistry was undeniable and add the spice on top - perfection. The bike scene????? IYKYK 🥵🩸.
Paisley did an AMAZING job with this MC romance and I can’t see what else she has up her sleeve!

OK im in love, the cover of this was what first captured my attention, then finding out it was a motorcycle dark romance - let me tell you im all here for it.
Wolf.e is a fast-paced character driven story with a shit tonne of spice.
I was obsessed and finished this in one sitting

It took me a few chapters to get into, but once I was in, I was in, it ended up taking me 2 sittings to finish i was OBSSESSED. I love the difference in writing compared to other books by Paisley Hope. I can not wait to read the next book in the series and have already pre ordered it!!

I was first drawn to this book because of the cover. It's striking and immediately caught my eye. When I realized it was about a motorcycle club, I was even more excited. The story is fast-paced and very character driven, with an interesting cast of side characters and very intense spice.
That said, the romance didn’t work for me. I don’t mind a morally grey, even ruthless male lead, especially in dark romance. But I do mind when the female lead feels like a doormat.
Throughout the story, Gabriel constantly exerts power over Brinley, often ignoring her choices. While there are moments where he opens up and shows vulnerability, they’re quickly overshadowed by scenes where he controls her in ways that felt infantilising rather than protective. He physically manhandles her, roughs her up, even forces alcohol on her or causes her to bleed. And not in a consensual kink way, but in everyday interactions. And that crossed a line for me.
I’ve read dark romances before, and I’m comfortable with themes like consensual non-consent when they’re clearly established as part of mutual understanding and fantasy. But here, that wasn’t the case. The consent felt shaky outside of the explicit scenes, and the dynamic started to resemble domestic violence more than dark romance. It’s one thing for a relationship to have a power imbalance, it’s another for it to feel like the woman has no real voice or choice.
The emotional connection between the characters develops over time, but I personally didn’t feel it. Their bond seems to grow from instalust rather than anything deeper, and without a sense of mutual respect, it was hard to get invested in their story.
I understand that some readers enjoy this kind of dynamic, and I respect that. If you’re into dark romance with intense and primal energy, this might work better for you. But for me, the lack of balance and the way certain behaviors were framed as romantic didn’t sit right. I don’t want to shame anyone’s preferences, if this kind of story works for you, that’s totally valid. But I think it’s also important to be clear when a story crosses into territory that feels like it’s romanticizing harm.

"You act so innocent, little hummingbird, but inside that pretty little head you’re just as fucked up as I am. I want it, I want it all."
I was lucky to get an ARC of Paisley Hope's newest book, Wolf.e. It follows the story of Brinley and Wolfe.
I was nervous about Paisley writing a dark romance, but let me tell you, she does not disappoint!
Wolf.e was complete perfection!
This book utterly consumed me, and from the first page, I knew it would be a 5-star read.
I loved Brinley and Wolfe's story. It reminded me so much of Sons of Anarchy and was everything I needed in a book and more.
Brinley and Wolfe were perfect for each other.
I adored Brinley and loved everything about her. The way she held her own against Wolfe was everything. She truly was his equal in every way. I loved seeing her growth throughout the book. You see her come into her own alongside Wolfe, thanks to him showing her how strong and capable she is, and what it means to be cared for and loved.
Gabriel freaking Wolfe is a man on a whole other level. That man is so far gone for Brinley. He is everything you want in a book boyfriend if you love a guy who is obsessive, possessive, cocky, fiercely protective, a walking-talking red flag and so much more. The mouth on this man is hot as hell 🫠 Where can I get myself a man like Wolfe?
The spicy scenes were *chef's kiss*
I do not want to give too much away about Brinley and Wolfe's story because you need to read and experience it yourself.
Trust me and read this book!
I look forward to seeing what Paisley comes up with next.
Thank you so much to Paisley Hope, Random House UK, Cornerstone | Evermore, and NetGalley for this ARC 🖤
⚠️ * Please check the trigger warnings before reading! * ⚠️

Always fun to try a new MC series and this is a pretty strong start.
It’s heavy on the spice and I was slightly surprised by how quickly we’re thrown into the darker themes of the book. Worth reading content warnings, there’s no messing about with this one!
I prefer generally more of a slow burn and the plot felt fairly straightforward and predictable, but if you’re looking for a fun, addictive dark romance with a broody, possessive morally grey man, this is perfect!

Gabriel & Brinley 🖤
My ratings ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Spice 🌶️🌶️🌶️. 5
Paisley Hope is definitely one of my favourite authors. Every book I've read I've absolutely loved and this was no exception.
Wolfe is definitely darker than Paisley's other books but I just loved this.
This book was action packed and full of spice!
I looking forward to what comes next.
Thank you to NetGalley and Random House UK for the ARC!

3.5 stars for me. The story was a good biker one with Wolfe being mysterious and loveable. I thought Brins storyline was very quickly forgotten and when the biker chat happened I zoned out. The spice was spicing! Thank you NetGalley for letting me read and review.

Book review 📖
Well? Where do I begin???!!! 🤔 🤔 🤔
Wolf.e is a fast-paced, dark motorcycle-club romance packed with razor-sharp chemistry, alpha intensity, and emotional depth. Gabriel Wolfe—the morally grey MC president—is both brutal and protectively obsessed.
Brinley Rose is pictured at the beginning like a prim and proper female protagonist.
What elevates Wolf.e beyond a run‑of‑the‑mill dark romance is its layered character development.
Gabriel isn’t just a brooding alpha—he’s a wounded, ex-military man whose obsession with Brinley slowly becomes something deeper, a vulnerability that resonate.
Brinley transforms from a sheltered “good girl” into a badass queen who both challenges and changes him.
Their dynamic is electric— and that's what made me devour this book in one sitting 🔥
This is not the first book I read from Paisley Hope and I definitely enjoyed her past works ...but this is definitely my favourite!!
